cant create online name

when i tried to create my online name it froze at the making screen name part. i left it for about 2 hours and came back and it still hasn't created. i put in my user name, password, and email and clicked ok. :fight:

that was what it said relating to the account creation, there was some other stuff in it about the mod. it freezes up so i have to manually reboot by holding the power switch, alt+tab, ctrl+alt+del, and the windows key dont work.

You don't have a firewall running or something do you?
