I am having heaps a problems playing out a multiplayer game online. Everything works fine until about 5 - 10 mins into it when my connection goes bad. By this is mean (dial up) my modems light that says "CS" goes out, and whenever this happens I loose all bandwidth until it comes back, which it usually does. This light goes out every time I play and then I am booted.
My main suspicion is SP2. I recently installed it and it has caused a few problems and fixed nothing. Just tried to uninstall it and it ruined my graphics drivers (re-installed and working now). Bit still it does the same thin to me.
Usually my connection is really good, and I know a lot of you will say 56k is pretty crappy and theres your problem right there, ours is acually pretty good and we have even managed to play americas army online (FPS) using two computers linked with one dialup connection. So it shouldn't be the problem, I hope.
I have played only a handful of games to the end, and I am to say the least, dissapointed at the single player campaign. Multiplayer looks really cool, if only it would work....
All my specs are over the requirements, all drivers and all that stuff is done. Appeciate any suggestions ppl might have.
