Cant see my custom schemes in skirmish mode

I go into skirmish mode, select my my race, then select my custom army. I start the game and its the default colors with the default badges and banners. WTF?. Someone please tell me whats wrong

Oh, did you check the button to use the default team colours? Post your warnings.log please and local.ini file.

where is this button at??, I looked for it but cant find it

It's on the right hand side of the colour scheme selector in the game launch screen.
