I read a few post about how the game wont install in which the computer literate went into this lingo and terminolgy exchange on how to fix the problem that simply lost me. They went into such areas as SP2, package problems and how to delete, installshield, etc......
My problem, and probably the majority of people buying this game is that I know the basics when it comes to operating a system, outside of that I am lost and will simply return a game rather than tearing apart my operating system.
Could someone please give a simple, step by step solution on how to get this game to install. Someone mentioned that you should disable SP2 (whatever that is?). Also, will there be a patch that will fix this problem? By the way, my first disk installs great, second one starts and finishes but wont prompt me to install disk 3...which I cant. Thanks for your time and support.
