Eldar Player Confused on Upgrades

Here I am with my badass Seer Council and my Farseer. I got 2 juicy upgrades ready to be picked from my soul shrine. Which one of the two should I get first?

The 200/100 upgrade that improves armor of units around your Farseer?

Or the cheaper upgrade that gives warlocks their squads more of a ranged damage reducer.

HELP!

Your choice is between a slight armor enhancer of probably around 20% [ fortune ]or less or complete range attack imunity for farseer and the council [ conceal ie. god mode]

Do you use the council knowing that its unbalanced Fenris?? jsut wondering cos i dont wanna stop using the council which even if it werent bugged would be important just cos relic released it bugged

i think fenris mentioned in another post that he is avoiding to SC as well.
he just gives the right comment to this thread where as Drychtnath asked for help with his SC + FS .. lamer :P

i never actually use SC, but when i do i only use SC to look cool. Something about 80 for a rein and 70 or so for a power weapon? No thx
