Over the last week or so 2 friends of mine and myself have been working on a mod, and we have named it "Final Offensive". We've almost finished it about another week an a half to go ruffly. Thanks to Dondelium for letting us use his mod to base ours on, its our first mod by the way. We have never done scriptting before so please don't write this mod off before you have seen it.The mod is set in post HW2 time or "The Age of S'JET" whatever you like to call it :D. Now there are no new ships, they are all based of ship that are already in the game. We wouldn't know the first thing about models or graphics stuff so we've kept it basic for our first time out. After working out how to make SP mission we made 12 of them..sadly i got a virus and it made our missions corrupt :(.. Not to worry we have another plan to combat this. I have written a story which explains the mod and a system in which you can play the SP missions. I've made all 12 missions again but in Multi-player format. They are listed from: mission01 - 12 and a story to go along with it. In this way you'll get to go through all the missions. I shall post the Intro to our mod when i've finished here. At the moment we are still working on ships for the vaygr as they'll need more fire power :D. Now we know that some of our ideas are not new and someone has bound to have made them before us, but thats ok we knew that when we started. First up in new ships is fighter class, we had a good think about weapons and what advances the Hiigarans would have made. So we've come up with alot more fighters then HW2. We are still working on corvette class ships and platforms. Capships and Supercap ships have been done. Right, now for the Intro to Final Offensive(PLEASE NOTE: This is only a ruff story and will have alot of mistakes but it will be polished up later on)
NARRATOR: "So the end time has come to pass, The hiigarans now begin an age of wonder and a long awaited peace they had been longing for. The Age of S'Jet has begun and with it will come a new era, new discoverys, new advancements........... a new war".
As the hiigaran's rebuild there war torn planet a full study into the dreadnought is well under way at Kanis (Sister shipyard to tanis) in orbit over hiigaran. With this sudy they have learnt many things about there weapons and how to refine them into state of the art weapons. One such discovery came with a study on the powerful phase ion cannon array. The hiigarans saw ways in which to make there own ion cannons more compact and stable. So compact was the new design it could be fitted to any ship in the Hiigaran fleet and being alot stable to use it was no longer a danger or the unknowen. The Ion fighter was made soon after the full study of the dreadnought was complete, along with the ion cruiser and ion destoryer(we ditched this destoryer). Also from this study came the Elite fighter, equipt with the same turret cannon as the dreadnought. A very powerful weapon only the most elite fighter pilots will only be aloud to fly these ships. Also some vaygr ships were salvaged and redsigned to suit the Hiigarans needs. At the same time as these discoverys where taking place the great Sajuuk was on a mission of discovery itself, Passing through the Eye of Aarran and beyond. With the finding of the great Progenitor network of hyperspace gates that linked the whole galaxy, the Sajuuk began bringing peace among the stars once again. The sight of the Sajuuk was even enough to stop wars that had been raging for years in some parts of the galaxy. The whole trip through all the network took 2 weeks to complete and apon returning to Hiigara the Sajuuk was greeted and escourted by a small fleet of new ships to a giant space dock made just for the Sajuuk in the Hiigaran orbit. And yet again those who remember Kharak now have a reason to look skyward yet again and see there birth right and protecter, the Great Sajuuk. Scattering into the comos like solar wind the vaygr had no where to go they had witnessed the Great Sajuuk and its power, to them this signaled the end of all things. Only a few in the siege over Hiigaran knew the fate of Makaan but with the arrival of the Sajuuk on the Hiigarans side was more then enough to fill in the gaps for those still wondering about there great leaders fate. A small group(1 carrier, 1 BC, and a handfull of fighters) of vaygr traveling together were heading towards the inner rim and the near by dust clouds in hope of cover while they repaired and counted there loses. Within a stones throw of the dust bank a rally becon signal was picked up, the strange thing was it was the same signal as Makaans Flagship. Not knowing or fearing it was Makann they hyperspaced to the signal's center--"Tiddis Sabbah". When this group came out of hyperspace they were greeted with a site of horror, Tiddis Sabbah was no more then a pile of scattered and twisted debris. Many had friends or even family on that station, who had done this??...They noticed a single ship of battlecruiser class among the debris but unlike other BC's this one with a huge hulk almost flagship size, At this time vaygr ships from all directions began to arrive many where in danger of falling apart or worse. The huge BC had the mark of the"one lord" only given to those warlords who reach godlike status in battles at that time there was only one who bore that mark. At the site of this mark all knew who had summoned them a man who all vaygr feared but who was highly respected, a great warrior of planet side warfare and space combat second only to Makaan. "Kannwar" had summoned them, as more vaygr ships arrived some from hyperspace other by enigne power Kannwar began a voice transmission to all vaygr ships in the sector " It is Kannwar of the vaygr who speaks to you. I was ordered to escourt the planetkillers over hiigaran but news reached me of your leaders deafeat and my younger brothers death". "Makaan my brother! you have failed me and your people for the last time, i'm now taking over control of you all my Sajuuk khars". "In your state it would be wise not to disagree". At this point Kannwars own small fleet(2 BC's, 6 frigates) came out of hyperspace, " So the children of hiigaran think themselfs the ture Sajuuk khar, if only makaan had followed what i told him, instead my weak minded brother failed us all." All the vaygr crews listened not knowing what to say or do, Kannwar sencing this spoke again " Didn't you ever wonder for but a second at why Makaan's orders were few and far between?? Didn't you ever stop to think how he knew of the hyperspace cores??? and did you ever wonder how he knew it was the Hiigarans who had the core???". "It does'nt add up does it!?". Kannwar began to laugh and all of the ships, crews with the sector heard it yet the transmisson had ended when kannwar had finished speaking!?. Within that day a shipyard had arrived and all vagyr units were busy with contruction or repair, within the week of the Sajuuks return to Hiigaran the vaygr had built up a large fleet and had began raiding ships within the sectors around Tiddis Sabbah, the were now only days away from becoming an armada....
And that is only the start of the story..I will be posting screen shots of the game when i have time..sorry about this.
If you want more story please let me know..i think the story is sh*tty to say the least :( but oh well. Well thats it from me for now.. I'll try get back to answer your questions on anything to do with our mod when i have time too...

sounds interesting one suggestion be a bit more original with certain names like the kanis thing.
if you need a modeler id be happy to lend any spare time i have to you but i have my own mod to work on so id never garuntee anything.
anyways sounds interesting i hope to hear more on it.

Also ill say this: This mod NEEDS to be done.. in singleplayer too. A set of missions would be awe inspiring... add in lots of 3 enemies to one single player style battles (ala taking back soban) and stuff such as this...
Could even team up with the pirates mod and make a pirate campaign taking place during the vaygar vs. hiigaran war
Missions = gold dust.

i like this storyline. Aside of the names (You really have to invent something better than Kanis) i found it interesting. Not to mention that i know of no SP mods out there...

Second of all how do you post pictures on here?? or do i need someone to host them in order to show them??
So some of you liked the story?? thats good to know. And thanks for the offer of your time to model our ships for us but we have agreed to keep it how it is for our first mod. Sure i'd like to help the pirates out or anyone for that matter,but let us finish this mod first.The reason why we want to keep it this way is beacause we'd like to try everything our selfs or at least give it a go, and it also keeps things simple for us. I now have a question: I tryed to put a "credits" option on the main menu it worked but when you click on it nothing happens...why is this?? and what am i missing??...well i'll try get some more story up in the next 2 or 3 days. Sorry my work has just got busy......P.S AVE Qwaar-Jet something the god of pain?? what does the Ave stand for?? sorry to ask i'm just wondering.
According to Google, "Ave" means "hail" in Italian.
Credits issues: dunno how to fix this, haven't really looked into UI scripting.
1) You need a good image host (do a search on Google, you should be able to find something.) If you have a reasonable amount of bandwidth, you can host the images from your own computer via an HTTP server app (that's what I do.)
2) To make the image appear, type "[img ]<url goes here>[ /img]" without the quotes, spaces before/after "img," and < >.

Thanks for the tips Zatch..still having bloody problems trying to find an image hosting site..half of them say they are but when you click and go into them they are image hosting auction sites!!? WTF lol. So we came up with this idea: anyone wanting pictures please send and e-mail to my address and put in the subject line "F.O pic's" and i'll send you a whole alot of them. MY address is as follows:
firstname.lastname@example.org (No its not my name is 3 names rolled into one).
I thought about this UI Credits screen and dropped it all together, there will be a text file with the mod for the Credits. I have in game pictures now, Battle shoots, group shoots, single ship shoots. And i have more story this time all three of us sat down and came up with ideas and i wrote them into the story, also a whole heap of new Vaygr ships were added today. Does anyone know how you get the CPU to use your ship ??? is it the AIdef. file?? or one of the others?? or a mixture??...I can't wait to see the AI rolling into battle with a few of our ships, i wonder what a battle of Sajuuk Cor's(ion cruisers) would look like. Got a question whats a BETA test?? is this the test before its released ?? the one to iron out the last bugs??... Well if thats the case we are getting near that stage, we are going to test it first.

I use it and my piccys are spread over these forums like nothing else. Also they let you hyperlink.
Beta test is the buggy yet vaugely playable, released to everyone to iron out the bugs test.

My Ion Fighter :)
The Missile Destoryer, we found having fixed turrets made it a more stable ship....with moving turrets it ended up shooting its self with its own payload.
Flak fighters taking out the vaygr trash. These fighters are good for kill those annoyong corvettes as well as grouped fighters, as you can see below :D
The Elite fighter, these ships are good for nailing frigates & Caphips.
Thats it for now, i'll be testing the rest of the Super caps tonight so i'll put more pictures up tonight or tommorw depending on if i can be bothered. As for the story well i'm still going to post it today i just got to find where i put the note pad i was writting in lmao :D . Enjoy!!! and ask any questions you want and i'll answer them.
EDIT: If your wondering why there are so many ion fighters it is because another goup of ion fighters were attacking at the same time, which makes the group look bigger.
LAST EDIT: Ok the story will be put on sometime tonight as i have to go to work...seems our worker has gone walk about and not told us...it seems to me our worker won't have a job for much long :D. Well i better go 460 cows don't milk themselfs..Enjoy the pictures

heres some bits from the story....and is it just me or is no one into this mod?? if so just say something. Or is it because of time difference???. (PLEASE NOTE: This is only a ruff story and will have alot of mistakes but it will be polished up later on) heres some bits out of the story:
Raids on ships in the Tiddis Sabbah sector became so often no one in there right minds went there or
even past that sector, The Vaygr were moving strongly once more. As for the Hiigarans who
had heard of the Raids passed it over as being no more then a small band of vaygr trying to make ends meet.
But being the Sajuuk Khars they had to deal judgement apon those who prayed on the weak and those who
sort to undermine peace. It is said "in the new age, a new hero will arise to defend the Sajuuk Khar's,not of themselfs but one in the same and which time remembered and history should not have forgot. To protect and punish and to be forever tied to the one who's hand shapes what is."
The rise of the Sajuuk Cor!!
The Hiigarans for the most part had heard of the raids and of tall tells of a vaygr fleet in the
Tiddis Sabbah sector. Karan had thought it wise to take into account that alot of vaygr had not been
accounted for, she was not the only one air there concerns. With this captain Soban formed a small fleet and
took command over it, he had his mission before him. The fleet left Hiigara on an unknown course and an unknown
mission. To soban this mission was clear, if indeed the Vaygr had a fleet then they'd need a battle ready
ship capable of ship production and he knew where to find one, that was if it hadn't past the point of no return. Apon reaching
Balcora gate his fleet was flanked by escourts and the following transmissions took place:
Soban:"ct-154-v21669"...Balcora Gate Command:"your code is clear sir, captain soban welcome to balcora gate" SBN:"Thanks you command,
we need entry into balcora"...BGC:" Yes sir, Karan & Hiigara command informed us you were coming"...SBN:" How long will it take to open the gate?
and why such a heavy escourt?, gees anyone would think we were going to steal the gate".. Escourt commander:"sorry to evedrop sir,
but have not heard of the vaygr's fleet over in the TS Sector" SBN:"Yes i've heard thank you commander, still thats along
way from here"....BGC:"Captain the gate will be open in 10 mintunes, please stand down ready to enter the gate we'll inform you when you are clear for entry".... SBN:"Thanks command, how have the studys gone with the gate?".. BGC:"It was running smooth till yesterday when we were attacked".... EC:"They came out of no where, i was on border watch and i missed them"
SBN:"Attacked!!?? by who??".... BGC:"The vaygr sir!??who else!? how is it you have not heard??"... SBN:"there have been no comm links as far as i know from here!? did you report this to Hiigara command when you where attacked??" BGC:"We sent 6 comm channel links to hiigara
and any hiigaran fleet in the area, only Hiigara command replyed"... EC:"we had to take out the vaygr trash ourselfs, shame you where not around to help mop up captain" SBN:"I'm going to send word you need to beef things up around here, i know for a fact that the Iizen-kaa fleet is near here they will help untill Hiigara sends you support. Strange of hiigara not to send help...really strange"
BGC:"Thank you sir, it would be better coming from an officer then us i guess"... SBN:"It should matter!! your hiigara as much as the next person here. and second of all you have Balcora gate, they should have hyperspaced a heavy fleet right away" ...EC:"Seems to me the Big brass are to caught up in this Sajuuk, which is understandable by all accounts i've heard. but letting us deal with a whole strike wing of
vaygr ships thats like having a burger and not getting any meat." ...SBN:"I know what you mean commander but it looks like you dealt to them pretty good if your still here"... EC:"Try telling that to my wingman....he lost both of his sons when
our carrier went up." ....BGC:"Sir the gate is almost ready" SBN:"Thanks BGC, How many did you lose yesterday."
BGC:"Too many good people sir..too many".... EC:"As i said they came out of no where like they had been cloaked. when the heat was all on we were slow to respond and by the time we got into the hairball we'd lost 2 carriers, 1 destoryer and a sh*t load of good fighter pilots.We also lost our only battlecruiser.".... BGC:" he's right sir, so fast so soon you can't fight back at those odds unless you knew it was coming.Another strange thing is we didn't kill them all they just vanished." ....SBN"Cloaking Vaygr ships not uncommon" EC"They are when they are fighter class." ....SBN" WHAT!?." BGC:"Sir i'm picking up Hyperspace exits just out side our range,All units are on stand by"....."SBN"No need for alarm BGC,Its the Iizen-kaa Fleet" ....EC" WO-YAAAA!! Battlecruisers am i glad to see them"
Iizen-ka fleet captain:"Heard you chaps were in a spot of bother?.... SBN:"Can you look after this area untill Hiigara sends someone, like we talked about in my transmission" IFC"The boys an i were getting tired of drills, we'd be more then happy to help out chaps" ...BGC:"Welcome to Balcora gate captain of Iizen fleet, Glad to have you here.".... IFC" not a problem".... EC"soban sir, i heard these guys held off the vaygr froces over hiigara untill the Sajuuk turned up,these guys are legends!"....SBN"That would be them EC thank your lucky stars they were in the sector next door so to speak."
BGC:"Sir the gate is ready, when your ready you may enter.safe travels sir" ....SBN:"Thank you BGC, Ok fleet you heard the lady we can enter"
IFC"Soban we'll hold things up here alright,hope you find what your looking for"....SBN:" IFC we'll do our best".... EC" Good luck sir, and happy hunting"..
As soban started to enter through balcora's gate he heard: IFC"Seems we got a few guests lads,I say! what a good turn out. better roll out the red carpet for them chaps"
BGC"All Units CODE RED!! repeat CODE RED!! Vaygr in bound" by this time soban had just pasted into the gate......
Kannwar was starting to see plans unfold before his eyes he knew he had sent his men to there death to attack balcora gate but it mattered not to
him. For all of those he sent were loyal to his brother and would never have followed him to what ever end he might meet. But it had seemed he'd had strong support from the carrier crew he had sent to balcora and they sent back intresting news,while being out side the enemys range and being cloaked the carrier had reported a small fleet going into balcora gate.Intresting to the point Kannwar knew there was only one thing in balcora and that was the enemy mothership which use to hold the core. What were they up too going into balcora?? were they really getting there mothership back? that is if it had not been sucked into the black holes already. It mattered not to him as he knew where and when to strike unlike his weak minded brother.He remembered back to a time when he told Makaan to set a trap using one the hiigaran captains as bait, makaan excuted the capture right but instead of leading the enemy into a trap he lead them to a key area in the vaygr war."stupid fool" kannwar muttered to himself as he shook his head "These hiigara's will pay, he may have been stupid but he was
There you go two bits out of the story, theres a huge gap between these to parts.I Hope this is better then the intro to Final Offensive :( oh well i hope you like it. Feed back always welcome.

Can't see the piccys tbh.
Also anti fighter & anti corvette fighters... especially with flak... is a bit unbalancing maybe?
Also anti frigate fighters is too far. Most ships dont go more than one class up in terms of killing stuff.
E.g Laser corvettes kick frigates to pieces, but take a while on destroyers.

You seem to be missing the point here all together.The story tells you that the hiigarans have advanced big time and there weapons systems too. The vaygr have the numbers where the Hiigarans don't, but yes i can see where your coming from. Also don't judge till you've seen or have read what the vaygr have ;) by the sounds of it you might be a vaygr fan?? well not to worry they got some good stuff.They also have flak but in a different way..its sounds to me your saying its unfair to have anti frigate fighters..why is it unfair!?.. Let me put it this way war is unfair :D .The mod was made with this concept in mind but at the same time the vaygr can still clean house if you know how to play them right..I got cleaned up 3 times in a row while testing it with my friend and i was Hiigaran and he was Vaygr. I hope you can see what we are trying to do with the mod Mr Pete and as always thanks for the feed back and feel free to ask more questions..

I'm a vaygar fan but love hiigaran corvettes.
Those were just my first impressions, if they work fine, rock the hell on. Looking good :)

hello again mr pete
and anyone else you cares to read here.
Look i forgot to write at the start of the pictures that all ships stats where upped just to see how they'd go in game(testing reason only), so don't worry to much about there armour or health as its not there final stats.
I've just added another heap of vaygr ships to the mix,mr pete you'll be happy to know your corvettes were some of them.If anyone is wondering why i seem bias to the Hiigarans thats cause i like them better then the crumby vaygr, hiigarans rule :D but yes i've eaten those words many,many times lmao. We are trying to make this mod sort of like the concept or of war,unfair struggle for victory and at any cost. once you read the full story that comes with the mod maybe you'll sort of understand where we are coming from with all this. Other then this i've finished the main menu screen and the story we are nearing the end of the line so to speak, we still need to test it ourselfs first before we hand it out to all who are keen to test it. Sorry there are no Capship pictures i had a cruiser breakdown last night took me a few hour to see i had not put a "," in the right place :D.(Mr Pete the game runs pretty well the way we have it so we see no reason to stop)..We have two question ones about AI..how do you get the CPU to build your ships??? could someone be kind enough to explain in simple terms how this is done?? and last of all we want to know what you honestly think of the story bits we have given you to read??? be as blunt as you need to be but remember please give us your reason why you think of it like you do?...well i'm going take a break from modding for a day or two won't be long cause i'm keen to get it done.

Thanks to ZaTcH yet again (your a legend!!) we now have our music blasting in the Mod :D
So far we are only going to do the Staging music and the Battle music,And let me tell you the battle music is great!!.

We are not sure weather some of those battle songs will work, we are going to test it. because there are no tracks with those numbers some of them has names like "Sajuukbattle" and so on. Also Does anyone know what the "nis" music is??..It would help us alot if we knew.
We are not sure weather we'll put the music in the mod we are planing to release in the forums here or only have it in our personal mod. Any words of advice welcome as well as feed back.

Vitechy thanks for the support. we were begining to wonder weather it was worth keep people posted as no has given feed back or anything in(i think) 2 days,but i guess with time differents and all that maybe thats half the reason.
Any way the ship list is here and next to the ship gives you some idea what they are made for.
(PLEASE NOTE: HW2 advanced101 ships are in the mod too we just added to the list :D )
Cloak figther: lance fighter with cloak,rapid fire.
cloak bomber: as the name says. :D
Heavy missile Corvette: primo little ship that kicks arse.
Multilance: as the name says :D
Super Heavy Missile frigate: unload hell on your enemy, best used in numbers and with fighter support.
Long Range Missile Frigate: thought the vaygr need this to gain often the upper hand up against ion cannons, best used in numbers as well.
Comat Frigate: mutlirole attack frigate,can hold its own pretty damn well.
Long Range Missile platform: Stand off time :D it works pretty well too.
Heavy Flak Platform: Vaygr really need this ;)
SUPER CAPITAL CLASS:
Kannwars Wrath: this is Kannwars cruiser, ????? wait and see for the rest of the info
Super Scout: This is the best scout i've ever heard of, for my friends ideas heres what it offers, Probe sensor range, Cloak, Sensors scrambler probe range..this this is good it also look like you enemy's ship in order to fool them into thinking its theres or there team mates :D
Laser fighter: Why they didn't have these in HW2 for the Hgn i'll never know they are good,corvette & firgate killer.
Ion fighter: Slow,armoured and very effective, frigate, capital ship killer.
Flak fighter: Are you sick of grouped together vaygr attack groups??,are you sick off annoying vaygr corvettes that just won't go away??, are you tired of not be able to regroup with out been killed?? then this is the answer! deploy some flak fighters and watch them clean house!! lol, also good to use if your regrouping and you need some cover while the other ships make a get away.
Elite fighter: strong fire power + enemy capships = BOOM!! :D
Defender: i could let this one go!, its a classic ship.
Multi-plusar gunship: the name says it all
multigun gunship: couldn't let this one go as well
Boarding Frigate: fast,medium firepower and armoured, makes better use then the marine frigate.
Assault Figate: Multi role frigate, strong enemy line breaker.

Missile Destroyer: i also wonderign we these were not in HW2 for the hgn, good ship needs alittle support.
Ion Destroyer: we are not sure if we'll keep this ship, as we think we've got to many ion ships.
Keeper: The keepers of Sajuuk,those annoying ships that never seemed to die,not to worry these ones can die.
Dreadnought: oh yes !!! power!!! :D

Sword Of Hiigara: Advanced BC with a few surprises ;D

Khar-Selim: BC attack carrier thing, with a few surprises.
Super Scout: Same as the vaygr except its the hgn version.
Missile Platform: Good defence against frigates and upwards.
Heavy Flak Platform: More like the "clean house" platform :D
Jump Gate: I think you can guess.
Attack drone: keeper attack fighter things,good mothership protection.
N.O.V.A: ???? :D not saying a word till we have sorted it out ..one word "BOOM!!"
Ships in progress: Vaygr death frigate or as we call it the "lawn mower" frigate :D, vaygr ultra bomber.

The music has just been done..i'm now polishing up a few things for before we start ture testing. then after that things will happen fast so if you'd like to test it please let me know...Mr pete as you have been in this forum with ideas and support for our mod we have an offer for you please P.M me when you have time. If anyone else is keen to test let me know,we are only looking for 3 or 4 testers.

I can see the pics. If you want a low end tester i'm your man. My specs are now considered stone age by the warlods mod. yum. Liking the sound of the ships, should be interesting. Can we have some diverse stuff? Drone frigates would be cool - they are possibl e- look at the flagships mod.
Also other ideas:
Turreted Ion frig: 2/3 weapon power but turreted....
Repair frigates for both sides: You'd need to make a simple repair bot, but simply a modded probe (pull its head off) with a repair point on the front, reusable engines and about 600 m/s speed, then it's organised again by the flagships mod coding AI, so they repair nearby freindly ships. Also the flaships mod allows the following drones to be replaced at intervals, and for a max amount to be avadiable e.g 6. Look into it!
Vaygar Barrage destroyer: Lots of kinetic guns.
Vaygar Lance heavy corvette/light frigate - 2 corvettes /light frigs with heavy (400 ish) power lance beams, quite weak though and VERY closde range (200m etc) little faster than frigates though.

Pure Genius, love the super Capital class, again cant wait to play it.
Idea: - if you want- Make the boarding frigate have its own cloacking device for higs. Have it wear off after it attaches itself to the ship or after some time, and it only works on it, it dosen't cloack any surrounding ships. Also make an EMP frigate turns on in a second and it disables any ship, enimy and friendly for a min or so.
Again, just some ideas, cant wait to play it

Vitechy, that idea with the boarding frigate i tested it last night pretty good!! I'm thinking of using it.
Mr pete, your idea of the heavy lance corvette is the multi-lance corvette :D also i'm sad to say that idea for a lance frigate didn't work out so great...it gets slaughtered before it can attack even if i upped the armour is still got snotted(got its arse kicked) i even upped the firing rate on it and fire power :)
went great untill it came across a group of ion fighters or flak fighters :( .
As for the idea of a heavy gun destroyer for the vaygr i'm working on it. AS for a reapair and EMP frigate you guys have not played HW2 Advanced mod have you!? because you'd know they are in the mod and cause we are using that mod as a base all those ship will be in our mod..

Dondelium, you read my mind i was just going to send you a PM just now then i thought i'd check my thread first. No way would i have cut you out from testing it! i would have sent you it even if i had all the testers we needed.your mod is the base of ours you get first rights its that simple :D.
Ok you'll all get to test it but first we want to test drive it :D as we have not done so yet,you see Winkie(one of my friends who's been working on this mod) lives a few hours or so away from where i do. And Maxamus(my other friend) lives a few kms away and he's been busy at work so yes we are planing a test session this weekend if all goes to plan. Ok we have 3 testers Dondelium, Mr pete, The Monkey. that will do i think as soon as we have tested the mod if not before you'll get the files ;) no worries. Any way would you like some more parts of the story at all??

So the stage of war was once again falling into place for the Vaygr but there purpose is still unclear
weather they seek petty revenage or do they seek to take the Sajuuk only Kannwar knows these answers.
The Hiigarans having heard the vaygr where once again plundering planets of there worth sparked
new fears into all on hiigara, they sent a strike fleet into TS sector to uncover some answers to this
Remaining threat.As they began there mission captain soban was nearing the end of his..
After hyperspacing from balcora gate with the Iizen-kaa fleet in tow, towards hiigara sobans fleet
was pulled out of hyperspace in the shadow of the Angel moon and following transmissions took place:
Soban:" Why did we get pulled out of hyperspace.. someone??"
Iizen-kaa fleet commander: "Seems there an anomaly of some sort sir, well thats what my intel lads say"
SBN:" Here? i don't think so commander, unless hiigara ordered inhibitors to be placed out here?? but that seems a far cry,with all the ships that come and go"
Mothership: "Sir we are having problems, we are flying blind without karan in control..we only have basic operations online but even our sensor's detected an anomaly"
SBN:" This is getting weird, i'm issuing high alert untill we reach hiigaras outer defence systems".
MS:"Roger, Auto defence systems onilne, all crews to alert status, fighter pilots ready to scramble..we are in the green captain"
IFC:"RIGHTO LADS!!, fire up all weapons systems,.. we are now hot captain!!"
SBN:" Good, IFC take point i'll follow behide"
IFC" Roger that captain"
MS:"sir do you think we'll get a welcome home party??"
IFC"As long as ain't those fellows we ran into at belcora gate"
SBN:" I doubt it some how"
15 mintunes pasted untill the next transmissions:
IFC" Captain we are picking up some strange signals coming from port side and ahead of us, what do you make of it"
SBN:"Not sure IFC keep your eyes pealed"
MS:"Captain those singnal contacts we had..they are gone sir!?"
SBN:"So they have?!?! thats it i'm contacting Hiigara command"
IFC:"captain, We tryed to contact hiigara, we didn't get a reply"
SBN"this is too strange MS, launch all fighters you can" MS:"launching underway sir"
MS:"even we tryed getting through to Hiigara but we get no reply,whats going on sir"
SBN:" It's Almost as if we are being jammed, lets get moving duoble time" and as soban finished a voice was heard not over the comm links but in there minds "You'll die before you reach hiigara captain" suddenly out of no where a full fighter wing of strike craft and bombers ripped through
sobans fleet from right to left destorying many fighters and 2 of the Iizen fleets destoryers and as the fleet turned there
attention to these fighters another group of ships uncloaked as they ripped up the middle of soban's fleet.
All units were tied up when soban made the next transmissions:" IFC lead the MS out of here as fast and
as safe as you can,leave some ships behide as support we'll hold them off"
IFC:" Roger that captain, right chaps break companys we're taken the crown to our queen while the rest of you lazy lot take care of these unsightly friends of ours"
MS:"we are taken hits to our engines nothing major at this stage but we need cover"
SBN:"i'll take the rear flank"
Then the voice came again "No captain you shall die!" just as the voice finished 2 Battlecruisers uncloaked
SBN:"HOLY SH*T!! where the fu*k did they come from!? IFC TAKE THEM OUT!"
IFC:"I say captain, Jolly good show to share the kills"
MS:"we are getting out of here,all power to engines"
SBN:"All units protect the mothership as she escapes"
IFC:"do we still lead or break an attack captain??"
SBN:"break an attack leave one of your ships in point"
IFC:" loud and clear sir, Cruiser kaylorr you have point complete your mission at all costs"
Kaylorr captain:"Will do sir, Give them vaygr gezzer's a good beating for us".
As the Iizen-kaa broke formation an attacked the mothership and the Kaylorr slipped away out of the fight. And once they got far enough away the kaylorr hyperspaced to hiigara and the mothership wake jumped with them.
Soban was cut off between the two Battlecruiser which were hammering his fleet and the Iizen-kaa fleet,they were
not like the other Battlecruisers he'd seen. Every time he tryed a tactic to evade the cruisers he'd always get cut off
by one of them soban tryed every tactic he could think of off hand. His ship shuddered and groaned as a group of cloaked fighter attacked him, they had turned out to be Lance fighters. The Iizen fleet were doing alright in the
way of defending themselfs against attacks.
IFC" Captain how are you holding out? these fighters are good they've got my boys all tied in knots.
SBN:"these two cruisers have me pinned and no matter which way i turn i always seem to be
facing one of them, we are taking some heavy knocks from those cloak lance fighters."
IFC:"hold on captain we'll get you out of there." the Iizen fleet commander spun his cruiser around and sped towards one of the vaygr cruisers at full speed.
soban watched as one of the vaygr cruiser jinked out of the way just in time and pasted under the IFC's cruiser only be fryed by there ion turret and pounded by there gun turrets.The vaygr curiser could be seen with a large gush it's side as well as its missile battery smoking badly, the IFC had damaged it pretty bad.
IFC:"Righto lads fill that one full of holes" soban watched as
the IFC's highly trained fleet swung into action and within a few seconds the Vaygr cruiser was destoryed soban could now
see why these guys were one of the most feared fleet in the Hiigaran navy there skills were second only to the 101st fleet. The IFC fired on the remaining cruiser, which turned and faced the IFC cruiser. Soban started attacking near by fighters dropping them like flys. Soban then turned and attacked the Vaygr cruisers hyperspace module as IFC & his fighters took over his dogfight.
The Vaygr cruiser didn't even fire it just sat there while the IFC sort to make it into swiss cheese. As soban neared the
cruiser to attack its module it opened fire and left everyone gobsmacked. Instead of firing its normal trinty cannon
it fired ion beams all three at onces,burning holes into the IFC's crusier. Then the vaygr cruiser turned putting itself between soban and the rest of the fleet.
SBN:" somethings wrong i've lost control over the ship?!!" IFC:" I say! thats one strong brew of ion he has there."
SBN:" We can't move!!?"
IFC" Come on chaps rally!,the captain needs a hand" soban noticed he had
been EMP'ed the cruiser began to to move over the top of him and he knew what was about to happen."So the great soban is captured again, how embrassing for you" came that voice once again. As soban was drew into the cruiser he watched as every missile
from the vaygr cruiser battery hit the IFC's cruiser and soban knew the IFC's cruiser wouldn't with stand much more.
The Vaygr cruiser fired its ion beams at the IFC once more but before it hit another cruiser pulled in the way, it was
Kaylorr!!. The remaining vaygr saw what was happening, the kaylorr had returned with some of the memebers of the 101st hiigaran fleet ,they were the best in the whole of the hiigaran navy. The vaygr cruiser emptyed its battery one last time before it hyperspaced leaving its fellow
fighters behide to face there deaths.The 101st mopped up any vaygr that was left with uncanny ease and then aidded the IFC's cruiser back to Hiigara while his fleet headed back to balcora gate having been re-esigned to gaurding it. When the IFC got to hiigara he debriefed a select comittee of
Kiith-sa and karan herself. He told them all about how strong the vaygr seemed to be "its like you chaps didn't even put nail in Makaan's coffin when you did him in" those where his exact words.He also explained the voice they had heard and explained to them it sounded different then makaan's...more older..more sure spoken......more evil. Karan could only remember one such being that had had that sort of power and that had been the great leader of the Tiidan, but she had seen him meet his end. Who else could wield such power??.The IFC also explained how soban we captured and about the Battlecrusier and cloaked fighters which brought more questions then answers. Karan Decleared that the mothership be brought back to battle ready and sent out to meet this new threat head on, and the committee agreed. Mean while the hiigaran strike fleet enters TS in search of the vaygr. It didn't take them long to find them. They only had 1 carrier a few fighters and frigates which was no match for there strike fleet. The captain of the fleet contacted
Hiigara and then began a full assault on the small fleet. As they drew closer to the Vaygr ships hyperspace exit pings rang out like a phone ringing. Soon the strike fleet was surrounded by frigates and Cruisers, the fleet captain knew they wouldn't live to see another day and sent a video comm link to hiigara of there grim end of which was about to happen.But half way through the transmission he was cut down by vaygr boarding crews...The news reached everyone's hears on hiigara,fear was growing among the
Sajuuk Khars and questions where being asked "Are we the real Sajuuk Khar's?".....
Soban twisted in pain as kannwar slugged him in the gut "let him go and leave us" kannwar ordered to the guards holding soban. from the floor soban arose only to meet a heel to the face sending him back to the floor.
"Well mighty soban we meet at last,i hope your accomdation was to your disliking and most uncomfortable." Soban stood before kannwar spitting blood,kannwar who was but an inch taller then soban grinned with delight at the blood soban spat.Kannwar was a hulk of a being he was also unlike any other vaygr soban had ever seen in his life, more higara in ways but also tiidan as well.
"what are you!?" soban ordered "i'm vaygr what else could i be?"kannwar said. the two stood with angery looks locked on to each other.Soban attacked striking kannwar in the face and chest, kannwar didn't even move and wore the attack and was none the wiser for it. Kannwar laughed and said "your skills are good but not good enough" and in a blink of an eye soban was on his back gagging for breath.kannwar had been so fast soban hadn't seen the right hook followed up a left uppercut and a kick in the chest and now kannwar placed his boot cross sobans windpipe slowly pushing down.he was waitting for soban to attack as he had not fought in along time,he also enjoyed the pain and skill it took to fight hand to hand.Soban grabbed kannwars foot and twisted and pushed it away as hard as he could, kannwar smiled as he stumbled backward soban sprung up in front of him and kick him as hard as he could in the face sending kannwar to the ground. As soban came in for the kill he stopped in fright as he heard kannwar laughing and mocking him "oh please stop!!,
no,no i might get hurt, please have mercy" kannwar laughed as he got to his feet soban backed away, there was no signs of injury from his kick on kannwars face. "you amuse me little man!, how is it you've lived so long fighting like that" and kannwar roared with laughter. Soban attacked again this time he placed a kick between kannwars legs surely there was something down south soban thought. kannwar doubled over to sobans surprise and he began an all out attack on the crippled kannwar. kannwar didn't move he was a still form on the floor soban kicked him a final time just to make sure before turning to walk away.As soban turned he walked into something and sort of bounced off soban looked there was kannwar standing before him with no signs of the beatting soban had dished out.Soban quickly looked over his shoulder to were kannwar had been hoping to see kannwar still there but he wasn't "yes soban its me! i don't have a twin or a double" soban backed away again "but..i"said soban in confusion "its not your fault you did what you have just done,your trained to..where as i do it for the love of pain" and
yet again in the blink of an eye soban got a beating. fists seemed to fall from the sky and for some reason soban couldn't feel pain only the dull thuds as kannwar struck him. kannwar rained pain apon soban,suddenly soban's
world blurred and tilted on its side a voice could be heard far away in the distants as the colour of the world drained away " you will die in front of your people for all of hiigara to see" then that evil laugh rang out
and everything went black.Kannwar stood laughing as the gaurds dragged soban away.

Vitechy, yes you will be able to but don't expect intro movies and the like..they are now remade for CPU vs you & Multiplayer as my SP missions stuffed up like i said before. 12 missions all in role playing type of thing..e.g one person goes hiigarans while the others go vaygr. There will be mission files for each mission and race(this will come like a readme file) so you know what you are doing in each mission.The story your reading is the intro but it stops at a point and then you play the rest. Sorry about the SP missions everyone :( i feel bad they ain't in the mod.

Testing is under way!
I have 2 questions, 1. Is there any way to set base colour and stripe colour for a race? or ship..if so how is this done..
2. I'm having problems getting our nuke to blow up right..i've tryed placing in different sounds and FX but it does not work..does some one know how this is done. What we want is when the nuke blows it gives off a huge white screen flash. I feel like i'm missing something here.. any help would be great..

SORRY ..works had me bogged down over the last few days..
Testing is still underway and will be going for at least another day or so. I've finished making custom UI backgrounds for our mod and i'm also putting together some badges so you can play the part when you play our mod(also i made few for a laugh). Heres what on offer:

Diverse units- strange things that require specific tactics, e.g. short range units / units that die easily when attack from the front, but haul ass when attacking from the side.
Basically weird stuff.
How about a gun that pushes enemies away?

Sorry about not posting for a little while, yes this mod still lives.
Work had me tied down for 2 weeks or so bloody busy time again. I've hit a snag with the mod and i'm working on it now should be fixed soon, thursday at the lastest on the outside. Got a shit load more work to do so if theres another long pause from me don't worry about it. I'm still waitting for one of my friends to test the mod it should be done this weekend and then you guys i've said could test it may. Then we'll sort out how we are going to get the mod to you.

Ok looks like i'm going to be tied up with work again for about a week again :( but this does not mean i'll stop working on it. I'll work on Final Offensive in my own time and testing will still be done this weekend, just that you might not get to test it till next tuesday. Testing gave out a few problems and things i need to do which follows:
#1. CPU does not build any of our ships but thats cause we don't know how to A.I script, looks hard. But the CPU puts up a good fight anyway.
#2. Music gets annoying as it repeats, Eviljedi said in this thread why didn't i make a play list? thats all very good saying that but how do you make a play list??.
#3. A few ship problems, mainly weapons a little unfair but i'll fix that.
#4. A few ships need a touch up, bit of spit'n'polish :D
#5. New music is going to be added, 3 songs from Chevelle.
#6. 5 ships are being removed/rethought.
#7. Making a few multi-player maps for everyone to enjoy, what would you like to have?? 2,3,4,5,6 player??..
Other then these niggly little annoying things this mod is ready to roll. At the moment if you'd like to test send an e-mail please as i hardly get to the forums due to work, but i do check e-mails everyday. Works going to tie me up longer then i first thought we've got alot to do. Please note: just because i don't post here much does not mean this mod is dead, keep eyes on this thread i will post when i have time.

Don't take this the wrong way, I'm trying to help and be constructive... but Ziifen will just not work as the new shipyards' name. The first was just "The Scaffold" ...the second, Tanis, followed many names in HW, but I must emphasize that it is likely that "Tanis" was not named by the Kushan/Hiigarans, but by other older races who had long before mapped the galaxy and named the various astronomical features. Note that most all HW names of places and races bear religious or ancient historical roots. Please read the following regarding Tanis:
However, from Cairo a typical Exodus tour may head northeast toward the Suez Canal for Tanis. Though no longer, Tanis was an important City in the pharaonic period. It is located just outside the town of San al-Hagar which is about 44 miles northeast of Zagazig. Many believe that this was the Biblical city from which the Exodus began, but many will also remember it as the location where Indiana Jones discovered the 'Lost Ark' in the movie.
Tanis was called Djane by the Egyptians and Zoan by the Hebrews. We believe it was founded around the time of the 20th Dynasty and became the capital of the Fourteenth Nome of Lower Egypt. During the 21st and 22nd Dynasties, it became the capital of Egypt. However, due to flooding problems, it declined during the Roman occupations, and by the 14th century, the region was deserted. The current nearby town of San al-Hagar was founded in 1821 as a result of land reclamation.

There are double mudbrick walls around the temple. The inner wall was built by Psusennes I, while the outer was built during the 30th Dynasty. These include, from south to north, three unknown tombs built of material removed from other sites, the Tomb of Osorkon II, Psusennes I, and Shoshenq III. One chamber within the tomb is also that of Takelot II. The antechamber to the Tomb of Psusennes I is reached by a vertical shaft, and is decorated with images of protective gods, including one where Psusennes I is shown worshipping Osiris. Artifacts from several kings are found within the tomb.
In the antechamber is a sepulcher of Heqakheperre Shoshenq, apparently a king we know little or nothing about. Rooms leading off the antechamber contain the kings Psusennes and Amenemope, but the room where Amenemope was buried was intended for Queen Mutnedjemet. Other chambers contain the sepulcher of Ankhefenmut and General Wundebawdjed.
The Tomb of Shoshenq III is built from 21st Dynasty carved limestone blocks, mostly removed from other locations. In fact, the King's own sarcophagi was taken from another site. The Tomb is reached though a shaft, and in the burial chamber are scenes from the Book of the Dead and the Book of Night.
Excavations continue in this area, and more discoveries are being made. While little yet is known, there is also a Third Intermediate period necropolis in the area, perhaps several more temples, including one that appears to have been as large as the the the Great Temple of Amun.
ironic, no? ;) A gigantic ancient derelict with many mysteries of its own, in a gigantic field of derelicts, dyson spheres, and megalith hulks... named Tanis, that the Kushan select as a scaffold to build a new mothership from. So i'd suggest keeping with naming convention in HW, and choose some related and religiously/historically important name. Some obvious ones I could see, just reading this above article are:
...some place symbolizing home, reverence, industry, enlightenment, power & rule.
...or just Hiigaran Shipyards. Keep in mind all the original Kushan ship names were just normal things like Blade, Spectre, Avatar, Lance, Avenger, Scout, etc.
Anyways, the MOD sounds interesting so far, and welcome to the community with your first, and ambitious, mod.

Sorry to keep you all in the dark but you know how it is. Ok i've fixed that weapon problem, plus i found a problem with the UI and fixed it and now the mod runs sweet as. Now i must ask again what sort of MP maps would you all like to have with the mod: 2,3,4,5,6 player ??.
I'm replacing some of the music in the mod too, as i looked at its file size and almost lost my eyes as they popped out, 102MB hmmmm alittle big but oh well :D
So i'm replacing some of the Megadeth music with Chevelle. And does anyone know how to make a playlist for music so your not getting a repeat of the same track over and over..this will make the mod better if i can get this going. Ships that have been removed are: Ion destroyer we thought it was a little over kill. But yeah everything is looking good at the moment, i've also got time off coming up so i'll get my arse into gear and get things going. Main thing at the moment is this playlist thing, once we get that sorted the mod will be pretty much done. Any help & advice would be great.

We can see what your getting at and understand what you mean about the names in HW, HW2. We did have a talk about the name "Sinai" but in the end stuck with Ziifen. My friend "Winkie"(Co-Developer, Ship Ideas, Story, etc..) thinks your over stepping the mark in trying to tell us we have to change the name.

Hi my name is Karl and i helped work on Final Offensive
The reason i'm using Reapers login is because i have some very bad news to give you all.
Reaper was in a head on car smash last week which saw him badly hurt and rushed to A.E so save him.Sadly also his beloved r32 GT-R is written off, in the crash the engine was pushed backwards into the front passenger seat..so i guess you have some picture in your heads by now of how Reaper is. They placed him in a comer to aid him and yesterday he woke up by himself and is now in a stable condition. As for the other car the driver died on impact and his passenger died on the way to A.E.
What happened was Reaper was heading to a friends house for a xmas party he came to a straight and he was doing the speed limit (100kph) the other guy was seen speeding before the crash happened and when he got to the straight he thought he'd pass everyone in his way...now there was double solid yellow line on this straight meaning you can't pass. So what did the other guy do.. pulled out and passed and hit Reaper at 130kph!!....Call me cold but i'm glad that guy died! he got what was coming to him.
How Reaper lived!? no one knows not even the cops know how he lived...its just one of those freak things that happens every now and then i guess,But i'm glad to still have my best friend. So Reaper will not be around for awhile and when he bounces back i'm sure he'll be back around here in relic forums.
I told Reaper i was coming here today to post and he said to extend a hello and have a Happy Xmas & a great new to you all from him. And he'll try have the same if he can..The doctors think he should be able to go home near xmas sometime as he's doing well and responding to the drugs they give him to help fix him. And on that note i must go i also bid you all a great Xmas & a drunken new year..

I hope you got a good physical therapits (work out person) for being in bed and not moving will make you weak as a kitten. Hopefully it a good looking female or male if you perfer, so you at lest have good eye candy as you get better.

Did some A.I today.. now i can get the cpu to build some of my ships... but
they are slow about building and it takes an attack to stir them up to build alot of units..
oh well at least they are building my units now :)..
P.S anyone want to try resize that Vaygr BC??

yea, you based this on my mod didnt you? theres a bug in the Hiigaran AI script its the research one (i think) by the assaultcarrier stuff one of the variables is assaultcarrier and another is assaultcarriers so you have to fix one or the other (this may actually be said 3 times, dont remember). That should fix AI being dull until attacked, that is unless you have a error in yours somewhere.
Shew ive been gone for amonth or 2 peeking in on tanis very seldomley due to my hardcore moding of Tribes 2 (did alot of shit, everyone love my mod now) anyway, That must have been a hell of a wreck, shew, im jsut glad you made it.
I drive pretty quickly, but i drive no faster than i can handle myself, and i dont do stupid shit like pass cars without a passing zone. So, he basically asked to get killed, im jsut sorry someone else (you especially) had to get hurt to teach him his final lesson.

Whats a passing zone?? your roads are alot different to ours, as long as theres a broken white line down the middle of the road you can pass. Well my insurance payed out..got my new wheels today got my car replaced with another (new,i'm the first owner)GT-R. Won't be able to drive it for another week or so but i don't think i want to drive for awhile untill i know i'm in the clear.

a passing zone is basically the same as your broken line in the middle, its a designated zone on the road (designated by broken yellow lines down the middle of road on the coorisponding side that can pass) and our white lines are on the right, and we drive down right side of road. O and we go by MPH (miles Per Hour) instead of KPH which 100 KPH is about 60 or 70 MPH aint it?

I've been taking it easy for a while but now i feel 100%, or is it the drugs!? hmmm anyways :D i feel heaps better so i've started on finishing my mod. But i really need a big hand.. First up i need to know how to make a playlist, Second i need Kannwars Battlecruiser to be resized to the same as the flagship.. 3rd i need to flatten out some A.I bugs... any takers for helping me??????
I've also got some annoying Build menu stuff to deal with as well plus some ships to sort out...other then these set backs its almost done.

no offence, but this looks like a very noobish mod. everyone jokes about with the ion fighter to learn how to learn, not to release it as a serious mod. how are the vagyr gonna cope either, with ion everything. they have no long range energy particle weapons, and they can hyperspace away before that ridiciously huge wall of missiles even gets near them. you've got some real balancing issues here. have you actually added any new models either, or are they stock hw2 ones?
all in all, more needs to be done, my :2cents:

no need to be so harsh, I think the idea of a SP campaign mod has a lot of merit, and what he's got so far isn't half bad for a first try at modding. Granted I highly dislike uber weapons and disable them in any game that I can disable them in, but to each their own. I'm sure there are a lot of people out there who like the idea of ion interceptors. Just because I am not one of them doesn't mean I'm going to call something "noobish". If you want to call something noobish there are a couple mods around that have produced next to nill in their time here and become quite rude when their pet projects come under sincerely constructive comments and criticisms. Leave the guy alone and let him grow as his project does and if he wants to do things that only noobs tend to do, more power to him! :p

I dreamed of that too, until Tel pointed out to me just how silly it really is. Now of course I could do it in about 10 minutes or so, but it is a fairly common thing to want to do.
I hope you keep an interest in modding Reaper, the HW2 community always needs people with Proper Motivation! :)

So Sorry guys i ain't been around but i'm done with my mod and its ready to go i just need to find a hosting site. Its going to take along time to upload through a 56k modem too :( which sucks but oh well. At the moment i'm just giving my mod a spit and polish to make it a little better. There are new models if you want to call them that but they are the free ones i got off the forums: multigun/multilance corvette and some others used thanks to there owners letting me.
I really need a modeler to help me out here i got 1 ship i want resized and then my mod will be 100% done and plus i won't be happy with my mod untill i can get someone to do it..as i have no idea how to model. I'll be posting up a ship list and a few details in a few days time so please keep coming back to check. I will also be posting some in game pictures as well.
Sorry also to those who wanted to test Final Offensive but i couldn't control my lifes events :( oh well as they say "Sh*t happens".

sorry reaper, must have been a bad week for me. i actually like your mod, and i'm sorry for the way i treated you, it was very unfair. indeed i did start out as a noob (ah, 1999) and did indeed make the ion interceptor (hw1 doesn't like it much lol) so i'm something of a hypocrite.
i look forward to seeing what you release in the next few days, and if i can help, then i'm a semi-established hw2 scripter.
i can do a bit of moddelling, but it's mostly editing, not creating at the moment (teaching myself) and that's only hw1, but i'm sure there's some tool that you can easily scale down a ship for hw2.

Man i hate my ISP gggrrrr!! i'm using a friends computer but i have limited time so i'll make this a quick message.
My ISP is giving me the run around and won't give me answers i want.. i can't hook up to the internet at all and sometimes i can get on but then internet crashes after a few seconds :(
It's not just me, eveyone down my road who is with my ISP is having the same problem. My work has also got busy again which leave next to no time for myself and if i do have time i'm to tired to do anything... So looks like i got my hands tied.
As soon as i get my internet working again i'll be back here to post the mod details and some screen shots if i get the time. I still have not found a hosting site to upload my mod for downloads, and as i said before on 56k modem its going to take a while to upload :D lol.
P.S i'm stilling looking for a modeler to resize a ship for my mod (Battlecruiser) if theres anyone willing to give it a try i'd like to hear from you, just give me a PM.
