Can someone please tell me how to make city style elavations where it's all straight? I do not how to do it and would be greatful if someone could show me

You have two options: If you have photoshop or the like, you can export the heightmap and make nice edges there. Or you can just be very careful with the included terrrain tools. Fiddle around with strength to get the desired height. Then use ctrl+shift+left click to set you brush to that height. Next, adjust the strength up to 100. Use a small brush with no feather and paint away.
