The video card works great! although i cant put all the settings at the highest because my computers holding it back :P. Anyway
there seems to be something wrong when im playing a game.
every 20 mins or so the computer slows down to 1 frame per 5 secs for about a minute then it speeds back up again. Im thinking that there is a f****** annoying program that is scanning my computer or going on the internet to do a shitload of stuff.
anyway tell me what you think

and also for some reason when i load Gta3 all the letters show up as big colorful blocks
anyone know whats going on there?

Find a free version of Ad-Aware and scan your system, that will eliminate the possibility of third-party information gathering software(spyware). I've heard of instances of Windows doing things similar to what you're reporting, if there's no spyware terminate Programs in Windows using CTRL-ALT-DEL, make sure your not terinating individual Processes, and see if that stops the transmition of data.

As far as GTA3 goes, check the drivers of the GFX card and change the various settings and check for any effect. Other than that I don't have it :wtf: and don't want it :argh: so I can't help you any further than that.

Hope some of this helps.

If yer using an AMD CPU beware, 'cos GTA3 has probs with them.

And if you did go get a GF4, there's a registry hack to unlock the overclocking settings :D - dl it from nVIDIA's website.
