Cheats in Campaign

Does anyone know how to activate them? I can get them to work in skirmish, but I get some error
trying to use them in campaign. If anyone knows please tell.

noone has been able to get them to work in the campaign. Fortunately its easy enough that they arent needed.

Normal basicly is a cheat as it cuts enemy HP to 1/2 their normal health.

Yeah the 1st difficulty is too easy, the 2nd is normal, and the 3rd gives them 50% more hitpoints. I'm not sure about other changes.

If you want to cheat, use the -dev switch in the shortcut you launch the game with and then use the console to give you resources or map visibility.
