Possible bug/Ai malfunction

While targeting upgraded LP by SM/CSM from one targeted unit to another there is a possible bug or ai malfunction that LP's fire changing to pointed squad only for a brief moment and then return to previous(mostly if hero was first target hero). Some people said that orc/eldar LP's changing fire properly. here is link about this problem with various opinions.

Yeah and sometimes I can't change the target from the hero even for that split second.
