Duplicate flag on listening post (SM)

I noticed with patch 1.2 and 1.3 that the flag was duplicated.
They are on exact the same position but, one flag moves, and the other is static.
I only saw it on the Space Marine LP's didn't looked at other races yet.

are you only seeing this in replays or observer mode? I have never seen this in an actual game.

I saw this when playing.

I checked that in the last 3 games I played, never happened to me. Might be something with your graphics settings.
This used to happen in replays though, as Jolie indicated
