Unit and building issues
Falcon Grav Tank: The starcannon upgrade affects the wrong weapon, replacing the pulselaser while it should in fact replace the scatterlaser.
Farseer: If the farseer joins a unit that has Fleet of Foot on while she has not (or vice versa) FoF cannot be turned off. The FoF-icon shows it to be off though it's still on.
Farseer: If the farseer targets an enemy with eldritch storm and that unit dies before the pre strike animation is finished, the storm is centered on and strikes the farseer instead.

Big Mek: when ordered to teleport with an attached squad while performing a kill animation, the big mek will teleport only the squad, not himself. After the kill animation is finished the big mek will remain where he is.
Ork squads and Big Mek: when an ork squad was attached to a big mek it retains the teleport ability even after the death of the big mek

Unit AI/Pathfinding: If a unit (mostly heroes, walkers) is surrounded by multiple enemy units so that it can't move and is given (or had) an attack command towards another target out of its reach it will do nothing and eventually be gunned down. Gameplay/UI issues
Hotkey bug: When all "initial" members of a hotkeyed squad die, the squad loses its hotkey binding
Keyboard: If the user Alt+Tabs out of the game the keyboard may be locked except for the number and shift keys. This can be fixed by pressing Alt ingame.

Chaos Lord: while capping a point, weapon changes in some sort of Man Reaper/Power Sword hybrid.

Shadows: Sometimes buildings and objects placed on the map will cast a sort of shadow which consists of a single long, black line. This has been reported with both ATI and NVIDIA cards and different drivers. Multiplayer issues:
Multiplayer Lobby: In lobby chats, the last bottom chat line gets pushed up a line each time a chat message exceeds more than a line at a time. If a chat message is 2 lines, the bottom chat line gets pushed up 1 line, if a chat message is 4 lines, the chat is unable to scroll down even 3 more lines at the bottom. Multiplayer Lobby: The server list has buttons to sort the servers according to name, ping, etc. Only the "sort by name" button works though.
Multiplayer Lobby: The standard map preview screens stay black if the host has a different language version.
Multiplayer: "NAT bug": When playing direct connect games, nobody can join once a player from behind a router has joined.
Multiplayer Game Lobby/Custom Maps: servers now let you join (ie. tick in) an online game even though you do not have the correct custom map. this results in players dropping right at the beginning of the game because of a Synch Error. Ticking in was not possible pre 1.3.
Multiplayer Game Lobby: The game sometimes prevents users from selecting teams even if the game is set to "Player set teams". Workaround: Set it back to autoteams and change to "Player set teams" once again. Thread (http://forums.relicnews.com/showthread.php?t=62939)
Multiplayer Game Lobby: "Kickbug": Players get randomly kicked from a game, getting the error Message "You have been kicked from the game by the host". It is not the host though, because players can rejoin the game. If the kicking is done by the host,it acts as a ban so the player can't rejoin.

Multiplayer Game Lobby: When a player leaves the game while the countdown is running and the countdown is aborted, the host still sees this player as being there while all the other players see an empty slot. Miscellaneous issues:
Sound: "sound stutter bug": sometimes the sound will "hang" for a few seconds. In some cases turning down hardware acceleration and turning off randomized sounds helps, but not every time.
No ingame Feedback: On random occasions, the game refuses to give any feedback like building finished or squad finished or troops under attack. This concerns both sounds and the icons to the left of the screen. Units will not play any sound when selected but acknowledge a given order. Problem is not related to Alt-Tabbing out of the game. 1.3 replay properly records all sounds and messages and plays them correctly when watched. Replay names: If the replay name generated by the game is too long (mostly due to custom map names including creator's name etc.) the replay cannot be opened. Renaming it fixes the problem.
