Try switching to another video mode (OpenGL to D3D or D3D to OpenGL).

win98 SE
256 MB DDR RAM
Athlon 1.4 gig 266 FSB


K If i run in OpenGL i can't Alt-tab out of the game
If i run D3D i can alt-tab but my screenies come out black

wtf is going on.

use the same resolution and colour depth in hw as your desktop if you want alt tab to work (around 70% pf the time anyway).
