Sigma (refusing to call it that) had it's name changed for legal reasons. Relic had no real control over it. Though, I don't see how it's possible for someone to own a letter.

Mighty Morphin Beasts instead...

I think it would have been awesome, and shown how much the community means to it, if relic would have offered several names in a poll and had a vote for the name of Sigma on these forums.

That would have like, really impressed me.

I still don't see why they didn't just leave it as "The Adventures of Rex Chance"

Oh, and will the Sigma Chamber be renamed the Impossible Creatures Chamber?

As I recall, they did ask people what they would name...IT in a thread. As to its location, you've got me.

I was going to ask that awhile ago, but decided not to. I'd imagine they'd change it to "The Chamber" or something similar. But, Sigma chamber would sound far better.

Honestly, I think it'd have to, there are too mant who are waiting for it, 'sides would relic have changed its page to include a "coming soon" for HW2?

Actually, wouldn't it be "ludo Homeworld2, cogito est"?
(I play Homeworld2, therefore it is)

That may be their problem. What's to stop some company from making another game called Sigma, and leeching off of people thinking they're getting this game?
Also, the site has a shot marked 'Sigma Chamber", so that name probaly hasn't changed.

Yeah, Chavez said it was decided to change it because it may be leeched. But hopefully, Sabin, QuickSloth, and I can change the name. ::Crosses fingers::

I never heard why they changed to name to "impossible Creatures". Sounds kind of stupid. "Sigma", single syllable word that'd look great on the box for the game.

Except for the fact that "Sigma" has two syllables...
