Everything seems okay running DirectX 9.0 beta 1 with IC on a Radeon 7200. I have huge lags, but I've narrowed that down to people downloading stuff off me.
On other hand, I can report that EZpad + IC works with XP firewall enabled with no problems. I do find a small problem with the graphics on thin ice map, but since I'm running a beta driver situated somewhere between catalyst 0.23 and 0.24 and DX9 with settings in the mid to low end for graphics, AND the DX9 compatible drivers (and 0.24 as well) has HORRIBLE 2D performance (I don't know if this is related to DX9), I'm not going to bother testing different settings. I'll take a screenshot of what I'm talking about later. Too lazy now.

So yeah here's the screenshot, I don't think anybody should waste any time looking for a fix just yet (fix the sky texture first eh), unless someone reproduces the same problem, it's probably just me...

Can post the first bit of the warnings.log? I can use this to isolate what may be going wrong with your card.
I do have to say that if there are newer drivers, this is likely fixed.

well that's what I'm thinking, but I'm not touching newer drivers because it will just break everything else ...
