Empty Outfit cases line EB store walls, release date = soon?

Upon going to an EB games on my vacation, not to far from where I live, I noticed they had an Xbox 360 shelf, even though the Xbox 360 isn't out yet in Australia. After further inspection I noticed sevral of the Xbox 360 release titles, such as: Kameo, elements of power; Perfect Dark Zero and a few others (Including, The Outfit) lining the shelves, though the cases were all empty, could this be a sign that a release is just around the corner?
