Problem with Winter Assault tools

Actually it is probablly me that has the problem. Sorry if I worked you up :( It's just that I can't get the Winter Assault stuff even though I downloaded v. 1.41. Do I need to download something different?

if thats the case then have you patched to 1.41?

Could you give us a better idea of what's going wrong? When is it failing, what are you trying to do, what error messages (if any) are you getting, etc.

Well... it's not technically failing, everthings working fine, it's just that I cannot get acces to the new units that came with winter assault, as well as the entire Imperial Guard race! And I don't mean the guardsmen and Lemen Russ tanks that appeared in the "Dawn of War" campaign!

Check your pipeline.ini... whatever mod you open MUST have WXP as the parent, instead of W40K, or it will reference... you got it! The original DoW files instead of DoW-WA.
Basically, any mod you want to have in WA, just rename the parent. If you want to keep a DoW mod as well having a WXP mod, you need to make a copy of the mod folder, and add _WXP or something like that at the end of the copy's name. Then, just copy the original section, then rename the mod folder names and the parent. Then you can mod them seperately.

:rofl: :) god I am such a freakin' noob I just had to click on "Winter Assault" on the Mod select screen under new game :lol: I am really sorry I wasted your time. Truly I am as not fit to be on your network in my current state. I am very grateful to all of you for aloting your time to help me. Thank you :)
