Well, I'd have put it a little more mildly, personally :P But the best option you have of guaging DawnOfWar is through reading reviews, watching trailers, and buying the game. Also, not putting a topic up that helps is pretty aggrovating.

Also, although I'm sure the mods will do this anyway, this is not the place for that question. General DoW discussion is where this should be. I know it says Strategy, and Dawn of War is a strategy, so Dawn Of War Strategy might make sense as the standard forum, but it's not. This is dedicated to discussing in-game tactics and balance issues, not a bog-standard "Dawn of War <insert discussion here>" forum. That's the Dawn of War General Discussion forum, I'm sure you'll have no trouble finding it.

Dawn of War rules. Period. Its a game with many inovations in the RTS field.

Such as:

Squad based system, with morale for your troops
Cover
Synced hand to hand fighting

If you love 40k this is heaven on Earth.

1. The Forums have posting guidelines... this one violates most of them.
2. Basic Forum Ediquite... Duke is no more guilty than Hamma IMO.
3. There is a FREE DEMO if anyone cares to play it... so this thread has absolutely no redeeming value.

Flames = bad (even funny ones)
Threads that make the forum look like a gaggle of retards = Worse.

You know... this site makes money from advertising... the folks that need that money to keep it running would probably apreciate threads that generate MORE interest and return visits as opposed to threads like this. DoW is very cool. Plenty of people play it. Cool features involve neet-o killanimationss and 5 completely unique races.
