View Full Version : Clash of the Demigods (why is no one posting?)

Okay, I think I will try this again.

Story: Three demigods, Kamildor, Yahnin, and Perra have fought for decades to become the single most powerful thing in the realm. Still none of them have fallen, and they grow tired of the never-ending battles, it is obvious that they cannot determine their own fate. A deal was made, one final battle would take place on the barren volcanic planet of Deldread, but the demigod’s wouldn’t participate until under special conditions. They would each summon their troops from other realms, and let the heroes fight for them.

You: You are a trooper, a hero or villain of your realm. You have been brought against your will to fight for these Demigods, and until the outcome is settled you will not be able to return home. You can be anything you wish, but don’t go overboard. Try not to be something that already exists like an ork, for say. Or dragon, make something up so you are not limited by someone else’s imagination. Choose the Demigod you fight for, but before it starts we will (hopefully) peacefully make the teams have the same number of players. Choose a second Demigod just in case. (You can have two characters if you like, no more then that though)

Kamildor: the devil or shadow demigod. Made of molten lava like the rivers of Deldread, but slightly darker and more ashen. Has the powers of death and decay, and approves of a more straightforward and brute kind of attack, mainly a clash of power. Cruel and of course very evil.

Perra: the holy or glowing demigoddess. A fair, pale skinned angel woman, forgiving and kind unlike her brother Kamildor. Governs the powers of life and birth, able to control the waters that give it. She enjoys time to think out her plans and her next move, always having a trap laying in wait as she was never the best at fighting directly.

Yahnin: the moon or tree demigod. A tall man, entangled by roots and plants. His very steps spawn nature around his feet, but Deldread is against such life. Owns the powers of rebirth and evolution. Yahnin never appeared to have any strong talent, always in the middle. Sneaky but wise, quick but strong. Never the best in the beginning of a fight, but the longer it lasts the harder it will be to defeat Yahnin at anything, as his abilites grow faster then any other.

Demigod rules:
Engagement- a demigod may not fight unless he/she is being attacked, they can never attack themselves. They are much stronger then a normal player. If a player of a different demigod’s team is powergaming, and either both of the other teams agree on it, or if most of the players say it is then an opposing demigod may do whatever within their immoral powers to stop or kill the fool. A demigod may not engage another demigod.
Control- a player will have to take up the responsibility of your demigod leader, basically a guardian of the thread and your team. If they die your team loses, if they live they can cause some damage so be prepared.
Death- though a demigod is strong they can die from enough. Several players are needed to take one down, a two on one battle with a demigod is impossible, three on one by a miracle, four on one a chance, any higher and it is a good chance. Once a team’s demigod is out that team losses and their players are removed from Deldread, they cannot rejoin the thread because it would cause problems with liking whose on your team (they could have wounded or killed you) and re- balancing the teams.
Respawns: if a player dies, over a period of time may a demigod be allowed to summon another character from a different realm, giving the player back something to play with. Over a period of time! You have to wait after you die.

*sulks because he can't serve HIS demigods* ;)

Name- Bekassa
Race- Alvan, Templar-Captain of Mortis (altered by the gifts of that Fallen)- a fierce, warrior-angel race, the Alvan are extremely fair, but sharp-featured, tall, strong, and valient by temprement. They tend to ruthlessness and violence in the service of their gods, the Fallen. Alvan literally means "angels" in their tongue and they see themselves as the noble servants of said gods. At first glance, indeed, the Alvan appear minions of Perra, a foolish mistake. There is little kindess to be found in the Alvan, only determination to serve the cause of the gods. The Alvan of this war are nominally allied to Kamildor, though in truth, they share about as much as they do with Perra. Nonetheless, they see Perra and Yahnin as weak and countrary to will of their gods, and so fight them they will.

Realm (so we know what you are used to) - Temprate world-like, also Mortis' realm (shadowy and cold, deathly)
Bio- A wide-ranging crusader, Bekassa is unusual in that she serves Mortis from a distance, rather than by his side. Used to fighting in a small squad or even alone, she is a potent warrior and has been blessed by her master for her unyeilding service. By profession, she is a slayer of all beings contrary to the will of the Fallen, especially abhorrent supernaturals and other creatures, though several especially contrary villages have fallen to her blade when she was in a temper. Now she is hunting the servents of these misguided gods, though she has needed allies...

Equipment- Adamantite plate armour, Adamantite lance and broadsword, Pyrogauntlet (wrist mounted weapon which fires a spear of burning white fire), Parsi steed (unicorn-pegasus hybrid, intelligent)
Demigod- has offered her blade to Kamildor, as a servent of death like her true master
Powers- Death's Will- the wave of a hand or the exertion of simple thought is enough for Bekassa to slay many lesser beings outright. Even against beings where this will not suffice, she can grip her enemy with a weakening chill that saps their vitality and makes them ripe for her blade.
Weaknesses- At the end of the day, she's pretty much human. Shoot her in the head, and she's done.

Name- Yim
Race- Basilisk folk (humanoid, lizardlike, glare of stone, stubby wings)
Realm- Realm of evolution, survival of the fittest, vast jungle realm.
Bio- Yim is fast, damn fast, his reflexes are supreme, and he can cover a mile in under 30 seconds, he runs on all fours, or glides with his wings, he jumps, bounds and throws himself into combat, every part of him is a weapon, from his tough hide, to his fangs, and even his tail.
Equipment- Splinter orbs(poisoned seeds, that explode on impact littering the area with tiny poisoned splinters) Grappling vine (extending vine for grabbin opponents and propelling himself. Stone shield (spiked for use as a weapon) Stone club (yeah it'll obviously break sooner or later)
Demigod- Yahnin
Powers- Speed damn fast hard to spot, Nauseating smell disorintate enemies, Fear aura scares enemies into submission, Stony glare turns them to stone, Roar of menace bestail scream sonic attack.
Weaknesses- Doesn't use manufactured weaponary, Bestially stupid, no regard for allies, if he is stronger than them he will kill them, if they are worthy of his fight then he will challenge them, if he is weaker than them he will follow them - Yahnin commands him.
Other- Grimly malicious in his killing techniques.

Warmaster Death
12th Mar 06, 5:35 AM
Name- Aurillius Meridius
Race- Romani (looks like a human, but Romani have no Conciences, nor do they feel remorse, regret yes, but no remorse)
Realm (so we know what you are used to) -
Bio- aurillus is the General of the Romani XV Legion, the grand 15th, he has seen much combat, and his power as a Necromancer, whilst not Total, is Formidable, and a part of the Legion is made up of Skeletons formed from the Legions Dead, whilst the legion still receives Mortal Re-inforcements, so the 15th is a large Legion, but not giganticly so.
Equipment- Generals Armour (same as the old Roman legionaires armour), Gladius (Short Sword), Tall Sheild, and his Long Sword "etuteil"
Demigod-Kamildor
Powers- Aurillius is a powerful Necromancer, and a Heroic and Capable fighter
Weaknesses- Aurillius is fuelled by pride, honor and valor, sometimes, this can cause him to be blind to Advantages, and dangers that other commanders would eqasiy spot, also, he Does nopt serve Kamildor per se, he Serves the Dark Deamonic power Within his Blade, The Demi-God of Sword Mastery, Etuteil.
Other-the Romani are a Creul and Ruthless people, but not agressivly so, they have a Strict Sense of honor, valor and law, making them seem evil, even though they are not nessisarily so.

Name- Khay Alas.
Race- Scaran (Scaran look like a mix of humenoid dragons and demons, and are a harsh, brutal folk. In truth, despite their large size, claws, spiked exoskeletons and apparently large muscles, they are not fighters. Most Scaran demonstrate non-physical powers of a kind, and they use these almost exclusively. A Scaran attacking an enemy physically is tantamount to taboo, and done only with no other option, and isn't all that effective anyway. Unskilled, clumsy, and actually surprisingly feeble, it's no wonder they attack with ability rather than strength.)

Realm (so we know what you are used to)- The Scaran world is
a curious mix of blazing fire and extreme cold, with tempratures ranging from absolute zero to 1000 degrees centigrade. As a result, Scaran have evolved immunity to cold to survive by sticking to the ice regions. Of course, against the frequent avalanches, this is little help. Say what you like about liquad ice and it's freezing properties, being hit in the face by a big glob of the stuff is dangarous enough even if it won't freeze you. The stuff aint featherweight you know. Scaran survive in this world mostly by devouring rock, as the rock there is full of trapped nutrients from preserved animals, whether this will ever run out is unknown. Scaran themselves often reshape high mountains to live on, some of which are little more than a mountain with the top removed. They are strong believers in survival of the fittest, by necessity if nothing else, and will actively work against any they percieve as 'weaker', and flee before anything they percieve as stronger.

Bio- Khay Alas is really nothing special on the power scale, but he's a schemer, oh yes, and easily offended. Taking his immense pride into account, offending him generally results in bad things happening.

Equipment- None. Scaran do not go around clothed, and are forced to rely on themselves alone.

Demigod- Kamildor, completely.

Powers- Like all Scaran, Khay is immune to cold and heat ranging from absolute zero to twelve hundred degrees, and does not need to breathe, strangely enough. His main power however, is kinetics. Khay can absorb kinetic energy of basically any kind at a horrific speed, well enough to halt solid attacks right in their path. He can choose individual sources to absorb, or simply set up a wide-span absorbtion to absorb everything of that kind, perhaps with one or two exceptions. He can create small gravitic fields too, generally used in a 'chain' effect to simulate flight. He does not generate energy however, and must absorb it from the space around him. This ability has copious pwer as you can imagine, ranging from stopping a mans heart, to halting the molecules in the air to create an area of absolute zero. However, gravitic fields aside, he can only halt movement, not create it, so no, he can't say... create fire. He also cannot affect anything outside a range of ten feet, severely limiting his danger levels. Stay more than ten feet away from him, and while he may appear invulnerable, he certainly can't hurt you. He's also pretty much frearless, coming from a world with very little that actually can hurt him, and I suppose by sheer weight a good run up to a charge would be dangarous.

Weaknesses- If he can't affect it by kinetics, then he's pretty much powerless against it. He's also slow, and pathetic in physical combat. He also should not spend too long in the air, as while he does not 'breathe' normally, it is substituted by a near constant absorbtion of the ground around him. He can stay away from this for maybe five minutes, tops, after that he starts 'suffocating', in a way. He's durable, but a repeated pounding which gets through will drop him like a stone.

Other- Let me make this clear: If it's an ability based on movement, gravity or any such thing, it's going to do jack shit. Khay starts absorbing, it just halts. That includes fire, which is simply fast-moving atoms, and other such things. The rest... Well, this was inspiration, okay? I'll play it out in-game.

So basically all phsyical weapons like spears, stones and swords would be useless against him?

Imrix
12th Mar 06, 9:12 AM
Basically, yes, hence the short range. It requires precise use though, and a lot of concentration, lest he say... stop his own brain activity. Still, stay more than 10 feet away until you have something non-physical to attack him with, and you are perfectly fine.

Hmm, maybe I should add another limitation, something to limit it against suitably supernatural people.

Meh, I'm not scared. Fear death's touch, mortal! ;) It's the guy who runs a mile in 30 seconds that has me worried.

He does seem quite strong, if it gets out of hand just be carefull, he can't beat a demi-god. And I know Kamildor seems best, but start pickin Perra and Yahnin, you can't play without anyone to fight! Like I said at the end we will have even teams, and just a warning Imrix your hero seems to fit in with Perra more then Kamildor. And we still need to take up the demi-god roles. If no one does then I'll just do all of them at the end. Anyway, I'll take Perra and start her team. Don't rejoice yet!

Name- Jugan
Race- Intoned Human. Intoned Humans have the ability to create life from runes they draw, and of course there are many different runes each with their own rules. They can create armies or a few strong beings, and this has how wars in their intersteller realm were fought, sometimes they were just games. In other words their basicly summoners and look like humans, just slightly pale.
Realm- Lucanes, the playground of the intoned human's wars and games. Intoned humans have discovered the secrets of space travel, only expanding their fun. Has a vareity of planets, Jugan's homeplanet is much like Deldread, but only colder. It was called Flarion, until it was the victum of a planet sized beast with no need of air.
Bio- Jugan was a civilian, never liked to fight but he still played games with the other children. Once his planet fell he became a general and won the war for the Yuland Empire, he has developed his summoning and combat skills eversince, only to be sucked out of the middle of another war to play for these demigods.
Equipment- robes, bucket of odd chalk, hardened quarterstaff with laser orb at end (shoots beams). Mythril underarmor. (Frodo!) Shield emitter.
Demigod- Perra. The ability to create life has drawn her, and she has picked him for a trooper.
Powers- Summoning, very skilled with his quarterstaff and can take some hits with his shields and armor.
Weakness- When shields and armor are down he DEAD. Memories, large creatures that kill planets. Used to being at the top, not good at following orders. Good at making his allies angry. Laser orb is fragile and can be destroyed once his shields are down. Without his chalk he cannot draw runes and thus almost useless.

adamantite
Fixed. :p I didn't rip adamantite from the typical rarubtanium of 40k and other places, no sir. :err: Or anything else for that matter, no. But I digress. ;) Hmm, we need more prey... I mean, heroes enligtened by other gods than Kamildor.

Sword_Monkey
12th Mar 06, 12:24 PM
Meh Adamantium, adamantine, adamantite is a universal idea its open license really, it spans so many stories that no fantasy realm would be complete without the hardest non-magical material known to man, i wasnt having a go at your unoriginailty, i was simply saying my guys key feature - speed - is no avantage against such heavy armour, unless you count running away as an advantage.

And Notpersonal's char rocks mightily i like the idea of runes.

Imrix
12th Mar 06, 1:12 PM
Imrix your hero seems to fit in with Perra more then Kamildor

I'm not certain I agree, Khay isn't suptle, a planner, or much on the side of 'good'. He may not attack the enemy by physical force, but he's no less direct for it. On top of that, as far as he';s concerned if somebody is unable to hold on to something, then they are unfit to have it, and taking it from them is fair game. That includes their life, their family, their possessions, anything.

As for his power, -I'm assuming you meant me on that- he seems a little strong even to me, but I'm stumped on how to tone him down. If anybpdy gets any ideas, then please PM me, I need the help!

Sword_Monkey
12th Mar 06, 1:46 PM
I dont see any problems with your 'Scaran' even if i can't hit it i can jolly well snap its freakin neck off! But maybe you should modify its temperature resistance, absolute zero is damn cold, and i thnk you just meant freezing zero not absolute which is the coldest anything can get.

Hmmmz....

Sounds fun.

NAME - Lengra al'Astiir

RACE - Human male.

REALM - Nameless Earth like realm.

BIO - Lengra comes from a realm now completely overrun by the forces of Kamildor. Before the fall of his realm he was a member of an order of warriors skilled in both conventional combat and the use of combative magic. This order was wiped out to the last man when his realm fell to Kamildor.

During the final battle for his realm he was mortally wounded in the futile defense of a group of refugees. At the moment of death he was saved by Perra and given the chance to avenge his realm.

EQUIPMENT - Lengra's original weaponry was broken in the last stand, however he was granted a new set of equipment by Perra. He wields a long, curving katana type sword (thicker than the Japanese type and less curved). This weapon was forged by Perra especially to be effective against warriors wielding the power of Kalimdor. He also carries a knife and is a decent (but not exceptional archer). He only carries his bow when needed.

Light armour, magically enhanced.

He wears a pendant given to him by Perra, which allows him to communicate with his demigod and allows her to percieve Lengra's location.

DEMIGOD - Perra. Completely loyal considering she saved him from death.

POWERS - Good swordsman, his blade is effective against the most powerful of Kalimdor's minions. He can also use magic in battle. His fighting style consists of using magic to stun, confuse and lower the defenses of his enemies so he can deliver the coup de grace with his blade.

WEAKNESSES - Good swordsman but not great. Same goes for his magic. His strength lies not in one or the other but by combining his abilities.

OOC - Anything I need to elaborate on more?

Imrix

No, I meant Absolute Zero, as in when the air becomes liquad. Eh, i'll remove the heat resistance.

Name- Harma Kul
Race-Hikim- the Hikim have never been seen, many believe that they are just myths. They are actually creatures that exist in between plains of being. They are both alive in dead at the same time. Because of this they have no physical form. They are considered ghosts. It is believed that they once were powerful warlocks who could jump from realm to realm but something went wrong with their magic, others belive that they are the lost souls of a species that was killed off long ago, the truth in unknown.
Realm- They exist in all realms their minds trapped in between the different realms.
Bio- Harma Kul is one of very few Hikims that can effect the worlds around him. It is believed that his mind exists in only one realm at a time allowing him to effect things. He is invisible but wears a brown robe over his form, this appears to be an empty floating hooded robe. He can only communicate telepathically with others. He does not understand what he is, but he hates existing as he does. He can only effect the objects in a real when he is fully consintrating.
Equipment- A brown hooded robe.
Demigod- Yahnin- the Hikim believe that Yahnin will be able to cause a great rebirth bringing them back into complete existance.
Powers- Once he is fully meditating he can cause large amounts of damage to the things around him, he also can shed his robe and be invisible. Also it is unknown how to truely injure one of the Hikim, no one knows anything about their species.
Weaknesses- He has to consintrate very hard to actaully be able to effect the objects in the world around him.

Imrix what I meant was "master schemer." Sounds like Perra and at this point alot of Kamildor is going to get put in the other Demigods, unless the sides start to even out. How come everyone seems to like death and decay? Evil is so overated...

Imrix
12th Mar 06, 2:40 PM
He's not a master schemer, just a regular schemer, evil doesn't have to be brutish. Mostly though, I just put that there to show intelligence, basdically to make the point that he's not an idiotic minion who'll keep going when things start turning against him. To my eye, scheming isn't so much planning as a web of plot and counter plot, all mixed up in a mass of betrayal, treachery, double, triple and quadrupal-crosses as everybody backstabs eeverybody. Of course I doupt that would happen here, but knowing that sort of stuff can be an advantage, as I shall show.

Khay is, without a doupt, evil, and chooses to be.

Lestaki
12th Mar 06, 2:42 PM
Evil is so underated...

Fixed again. :D Seriously, the bad guys always lose. But my char isn't actually evil. I just allied to the closest demigod to my REAL demigod, who while being an avatar of death isn't evil as such either. ;)

Sword_Monkey
12th Mar 06, 2:49 PM
Overated, when everyone is given the choice they go evil, simply cos evil gets the cool stuff and the cool story, if you go good you know the conclusion already and you cant backstab.

But i like good it rocks.

Imrix
12th Mar 06, 3:50 PM
Fact is, good always wins, but it's evil that has the most fun! Hey, if you like I'll create a second character to help the good guys, but Khay is staying evil. Hmm, maybe somebody who creates explosions? Now imagine that in rock, instant frag grenade!

NotPersonal18
12th Mar 06, 4:15 PM
A fourth demigod? The one in your sword, right... as long as he lives the winner won't be the strongest being, Lestaki Kamildor gonna betray you! Seriously, your sword dies. Then what, create a sword out of rock? -Lestaki bashes your mythril armor with his stone sword, plainly mocking you. You laser his behind but he dodges! He smacks you again- Oh that twit!!! He is going to die! Um, yeah. And as for second chars, whatever you what. Hmm, two new rules:

1)No other Demigods, they all died when, err, the balance was disrupted, yeah.

2)Demigods can spawn NPC's, but whatever amount they spawn will always be weaker then a player by a good amount, they are meant to either spy, plot, or support your teamates.
I wonder how many times my spelling is going to be corrected in this thread. *sighs*

Imrix
12th Mar 06, 6:51 PM
I think he means another demigod from his characters world.

below_you
12th Mar 06, 6:55 PM
But the three demigods exist in all realms right, so it would be a fourth demigod.

NotPersonal18
12th Mar 06, 7:06 PM
demigods share the same realm, it is, just how it works. That realm is the realm of realms. Understand? But if it were that way then he would still have to contest in the fight to be the best demigod wouldn't he? No uder demigods! Spirts sure, no demigods!

Now, could you all start making second characters, any demigod, but don't make it so they have to have a certian Demigod! It makes it to hard to balance the teams if you do that, and I'll try to put both of your characters on the same team so you are not always fighting a character of your own or one that belongs to a ally on your team. More players would also be helpful. Anyway we'll start soon.

Don't worry about my charactor not being on the same team, feel free to make this second charactor whatever team you need it to be.

Name- Simplar Thorm
Race- Thormation, a breed of pychic and telekinetic shapeshifters.
Realm- Cornam- A temperate and windy landscape of hills and grass.
Bio- Simplar was once a great king of his people he was ruthless and executed all that stood against him. His people revolted against him leaving him with nothing. He is godless and quiet insane.
Equipment- He shapes his body into whatever clothes or weapons he wishes to use.
Demigod- Unknown, he is bitter toward the gods for allowing his life to be ruined.
Powers- He can morph into any form, this includes the clothes and weapons his form uses. His skin can become as hard as any metal or as fragile as a feather. Also he has the ability to move objects with his mind and read the minds of others. He is the one of the strongest pychics to have lived in years.
Weaknesses- He is not very skilled with many of the weapons he morphs. He also can only morph his skin into a metal hard form for a limited amount of time. His pychic ability is a large mental drain if over used.

I probably will put a second character on an opposite team. Don't worry about it though, I can manage a way to stop 'erm fighting each other, or just handle that well enough *shrug*. Once I'm done, it'll be edited into my origonal post here.

Lestaki

I think predetermining our demigods wasn't good anyway. Why don't we all have OUR demigods, and then have to scratch out alliances with each other from there? ;) I have my own demigod, anyway, and he's staying, albeit doing absolutely nothing relevant to the BW. He's in another universe, for a start...

I may do a holy character of good if we need to. But I've done the "holy angel" theme to death already... fear the touch of Mortis!

And Imrix doesn't scare me. Facing it, my character is by complete coincidence a recognised hard counter to his. :D I maintain that a high running speed is a quite an advanatage against me, though, at lest presuming reflexes to match.

And, after all, I serve my own god. I'd have to betray him anyway, if we won. Evil- join us. We get all the fun.

Bio- Zularica is the Lord Shaman of Dunai. He is extremely strong and has a brain to match it. He is almost one with nature on Dunai and can summon plants and animals to assist him in battle along with the ability to call upon the elements of nature.

Pre-picking wasn't the best way problably. And Imrix weakness is fair enough, don't worry. If some psychic came along and blocked your ability you would die. Hmm, my guy summons people. Tehehe. And all players, it is okay if yousa characters die. Death is a part of life.

Salvorl (Sword Monkey)
Perra-
Lengra al Astiir (Unknown)
Jugan (NotPersonal18)
Taldias (NotPersonal18)

Hmm, your second characters go on your team, and we need just one more player for Perra. If we don't get another Perra's followers can just be stronger then others, or me and Unknown will get three chars to make up for the lost player. I'll fit new players in somehow. I'll go ahead and take all the demigods, seeing as no one asked.

Howwould a psychic block my abilities? Psychics generate physical force by telekinesis, that's out. Pyrokinesis... nope. All you really have is telepathy...

Hmm, changed my mind. I like Bentus's idea. Anyway here is my second Char. You need two for the main reason that a demigod can handle three somewhat easily. Then you couldn't win! Oh no!

Name: Taldias
Race: Kupian- a race with shapeshifting abilities. They are more like pets and never have had a strong form of socity, the main reason Taldias is the last of his kind. The others were wipped out by the Realm's main people, a realm of very angry and smart beavers. The Kupian never saw it coming, and all died.
Realm: Omianafro- space travel capable when Kupian were the main lifeform, all of them died going to fight the beavers, leaving a forest world with bloody rampaging beavers. The world is now barren and ice cold, chilly winds and blizards roll on the black ash of the world.
Bio: Taldias lived by disguising himself as a braclet for years, until Perra sent him to another realm in pity. He was found by a girl named Jenny, where Taldias became her friendly, but protective pet. When Jenny was mobbed in her later life Taldias came out and killed the thugs. This event acused her of witchcraft, and got her entire village killed as Taldias protected her. They lived togather until she died, where Taldias was picked off her dead body. The cycle continued until Perra summoned him for this fight.
Equipment: himself
Demigod: Perra
Powers: shapeshifting, very protective, stonger when with a host, works well with others as he is a pet.
Weaknesses: not very bright, like a PET! Acts on impulses and instinct. Can get protective of his master, which can be any one. Only on Perra's side because of her kindness before, but that kindness has caused much pain and he can be turned. He follows his host.

Alright, I'm editing the teams so if you ever want to see them in this tread again just look at that last post, okay?

Now, seeing as no more players will seem to join, I leave the choice up to you Unknown, are we
1) we are 1/3 as strong as other Chars, a newcomer would rid us of this bonus or
2) we get three chars, the thirds may be taken by a newcomer or gotten rid of as the newcomer makes his own

Once this is decided we will start finally!

My second char

Name- Salvorl
Race- Demiurgian (race of featureless blind humanoids who use runes, tattoos and words to command magic)
Realm- Sacretomia (verdant forest world where the trees are all inscribed witht he ruens of creation letting them grow up intot he skies nearly infinitely)
Bio- Salvorl is a druid who uses her natural command of runes, tattoos and words to bring life to barren places. War is her forte, although she is poorly equipped to fight physically.
Equipment- Body covered in elegant tattos, protecting her and empowering her.
Demigod- Yahnin
Powers- Runescaping~in meditation she can cause runes of light to crawl out from her form and cover the floor around her, the larger they grow the more power she gathers, these runes ahve various purposes to gather light, grow plants, drain nutrients and so on. Crawling tattoos~her body contains her most morphic spell forms, her tattoos, they shift and shape to a variety of causes, but mainly to protect or enhance her weak points, like the runes that cover her face allowing her to see better than anyone even without eyes. Words of creation~her race has gathered these words for many centuries, they have all been used before by the gods and have now lost most of their power, but when uttered they still have power over death, making sure no death goes without causing more life, but the words are specific to each race and each life and int he thick of battle it can be hard to read someones words.
Weaknesses- No physical training whatsoever, no martial training whatsoever, young and inexperienced, unarmed, blind to death-walkers, she sees only the living.

Bah. A second Templar, abilities vaugely equivalent to the first one. My imagination has stalled and I cann't think of anything better to do. Please bear in mind that this guy may "develop" a little as I make stuff up on the fly, but he'll never get stronger as such. He isn't a carbon copy of my other char, or rather he is, but he won't be, but... ;)

OOC: Okay then... Perra's followers are 1/3 better then a normal char. Now, you don't have to make a second char if you don't want to but it will help your team! Now, this boardwar is officially started!

IC: Kamildor rose from his throne of skulls. The game had begun. He looked at his force, all good and capable minons. Evil, rather. He laughed. "What'cha waitin for? Go kill those who oppose us!"
------
Yahnin looked at the pawns below him. He sighed. A cruel but needed fate lied ahead of them.. "The others destory nature and creation. They stop evolution with killing! Put an end to their barbaric ways! Stop the hercy!"
-------
Perra watched as the light from the summoning vanished. She picked those who were close to her, she knew them. "You know why I brought you here. Rid the realms of those who would wish to end or mutate life. I will help when I can, but I doubt this will be often. Now, Go!"

"Ready?" Bekassa asked.

Bel'dan just nodded.

"Then the hunt begins here," Bekassa said. She concentrated, summoning her Parsi to her and mounting. In one hand, she held her long Adamantite lance. The other gripped the reins, was fitted with her Pyrogauntlet, and could draw her sword at a moment's notice. Not the most original of combat styles that had ever been, but proven effective over thousands of years. She nodded at Bel'dan, similarly in position, and looked around at the other minions and mercenaries in the service of this death-god. Mortis knows whether they'll actually be worth anything she reflected.

Jugan looked at the silver braclet on the ground. Who knows why that was there, but he could not think on it. He had work to do. He drove his staff down into the ground and tried to carve a rune. To hard, he pulled out his chalk. He drew the rune of flying horns. Speaking a few words to enhance the connection he wrought between his mind and the rune, he used his powers to pull armored pegisi warriors into existance. Go scout. And with that, they were off.

Harma Kul came into existance, it had been a very long time since he had been able to feel anything. He was almost overtaken by the thousands of feelings that he had long forgotten, if he had ever felt them before at all. He looked around this world was ugly, and hot not the kind of world that he had wanted to come into existance in. In all those centuries he had spent as a ghost he had imagined the realm of his second coming as being beautiful. Then he realized it he wasn't fully alive he was still a ghost, Yahnin was smart he had not caused a full rebirth yet, just enough for Harma to fight for his cause. Once Harma had won this war then he would once again be alive.

Harma was becoming aware of the world around him, then he noticed something move, a rock! Harma knew it was no rock, it had a life force.

"Who are you!" Harma spoke out with his mind, the rock moved and morphed it become what appeared to a creature Harma had once seen in another realm, known as a human.

"I am Simplar Thorm the disgraced king of my people." The man spoke back also with his mind. He then morphed into a minotaur. "Now show yourself creature."

Harma had forgotten that he was invisible part of the time, his form was breaking in and out of the realm of existance. He concintrated and a brown robe covered his form.

The two stood staring at one another, a minotaur and a floating robe. "This creature could be useful to me" Harma thought to himself.

"Yes I could." Simplar thought back.
