Apparently the good folks at the City of Heroes (http://boards.cityofheroes.com/showflat.php?Cat=&Number=5842634&page=0&view=collapsed&sb=5&o=&fpart=1#5842634) forums (AKA... CoH) dispute Relic's right to the CoH (AKA Company of Heroes) moniker. A bit of a mess, has this problem been foreseen or dealt with?

It's an acronym... I don't see any really big problem, unless it's Company of Heroes rolling over City of Heroes and using CoH for relics game.
The games are diferrent types (RTS and MMO) and an acronym is just something people use to shorten up names, it's not official it just saves time.

I don't see the problem. Especially the people at City of Heroes should be a little bit more aware of implications of alleged "copyright" seeing as they got their own near-death from it.

Hehehe we named the Battlefield 2 crew "Company of Heroes" too. I wonder if they'll complain about that :-)
Seriously though, nothing to see here, move along!
