Just wondering which tech tree you are going. I don't know the Axis ones so I'm gonna have to stick with the Allied ones.

For me, I'm going Airborne. Always loved paratroopers.

EDIT: Oh, and you can pick more than one option if you can't decide.

Infantry, mainly because I am prone to turtling and I love a good defense. Plus seeing movable HMG in good graphics has me drooling, want to see what upgrades it may hold.

All 3 to be honest, once I've completed it once I'll go straight back and complete it again lol.

But first I'll have to go with the Armoured Fist to begin with.

All three have their uses... and cool surprises :)

What's been pretty cool at the office is all the cool team-based strategies people have been using. Choosing what company to play with is as much about strategies as it is about playing style.

It's nice to be able to switch up your tech tree. I find myself picking Infantry most of the time -- gotta love those defenses -- but sometimes it's nice to call in paras or steamroll across the map with tanks. It also keeps your opponent guessing.

Airborne. There's something in calling in off-map forces that gives a sense of power. :D

Inffies, because I enjoy nothing more than sending a bunch of small fleshy units to their death :p

it would be cool to see how all 3 work together, the infantry holding the line, while the airborn buts of areas, and the tanks steamrolling the areas that have been cut off, kinda like a cake :mod:

Shouldn't we wait for the tech tree vidz before voting?
Well, I'll do so. Although I'm sure I'll take Infantry or Armour.

You have to love the deep bass rumble of the tank engine and the screams of the petrified infantry when they see your tank column appear from the horizon!

Cool info and its a valid point. Play one set long enough and they will think they have you and surprise them by bringing out the big guns when they thought you were gonna hunker down.

Dunno, but as Transj said, the Tree Tech videos will be released soon. Then we'll know it :blow: :spin:

I will play all three to fill in holes in my team. I personally would rather like airborn though, hitting hard a fast, followed by fading is the win.

It seems that the tech trees should be pretty balanced, but a lot of people will go Armor just because they think they can kill everyone with tank spam.

I'll most likely go Infantry because I like defense or Airborne because I like to be able to reinforce and weaken the enemy so my team mates can take out the enemy easily.

Tranj how big can some of the maps get? Would they be bigger than the 8 player maps on Dawn of War?
