Crap, on amazon it says you need windows XP, ive got 2000.

I'd suggest to upgrade to XP anyway, as it's a superior operating system.

I have upgraded one of the computers to XP on a network that i have, and the network got all screwed up :(

That's just probably because you've screwed up the network settings or not setup all the users properly on the XP machine so folks can access it.

The simple fact remains, Windows XP is better than windows 2000.

Fact: XP is easier to configure for networks. And for god's sake don't mix and match XP and lower - it fucks things up.

Amazon isnt entirely reliable when it comes to this kind of thing (didnt they say that Winter Assault would run on Palm OS?) so you might be in luck.

And I agree with uber that XP is better than 2k, although depending on the size of your network upgrading all the machines may be too pricey to be an option. Anyway, a mixed 2k/XP network should work.
