How are you doing?

I just decided to start playing with Eldar; I believe I learned the basics of the race, but I want to get better at this. It is very frustrating because my army and my economy have a trend to collapse very fast.

DEFEAT: 2v2 CSMT>NE I made really bad mistakes here, but this will give you an idea of the situation (load screen name CSMT>NE).
VICTORY: 2v2 EOk>CSMN I find my strategy very passive, what do you think? (load screen name ZAMLOCK)

General personal notes:

- I already read the Eldar guides on TACTICA IMPERIALIS
- I have no idea of the minimum LPs and GENs needed to keep my economy going
- How much should I expand?

Stuff I want to master

- Getting a general purpose army configuration (i.e. find a text-book eldar army)
- Moving to the vehicle’s tier
- Learning WHEN I should start building vehicles

1v1 personal vs TAU:

- I cannot do ANYTHING against the fire warrior + scouts combo; my detectors are weak and my attacks fall short ranged.
- I cannot take down the VESPIDS (this part is not in the replays).

Here's my starting BO:

BS: AP1, GEN1, WG1
HQ: Set default stance to ranged (blue) for all units
HQ: GU1, BS2, GU2, FOF

GU1 capture the closest locations (1 & 2) and advance to cap other locations
GU2 capture the closet location (3) and go cap other locations (the relic, if available)
BS2 assists in building GEN1

At this momment AP1 is ready:
- I research Bn or Rp stone
- I add a warlock to my GU1, GU2, GU3

BS1 & BS2 finish building GEN1 and WG1 together

At this momment, my GU1 are moving to LP2
BS1 builds LP1
BS2 teleports from the edge of my base to the middle of the map and builds WG2

HQ Research mysticism & plasma granades
AP1 Rp1 or Bn1

BS1 Builds LP3
BS2 Builds turret near the WG2
BS3 Builds GEN3

Once the Rp1 or the Bn1 is ready I reinforce my army to the max
At this moment I start to defend my base/LPs or de-cap enemy locations (this was like 4-7 minutes)
