You can get the 1.41 source files by downloading the 1.41 mod tools.

AFAIK exact 1.4 source LUAs, only the 1.41 LUAs, as we didn't get a "1.4 Mod Tools". The Mod Tools download also has the added advantage of giving you the tool you need to compile them to RGDs
i cannot update my game to 1.41. every time i try it crashes my computer and my cds were damaged to the point i can only play the game not install it. (damn moving vans)
