Team colours on Necrons

I'm surprised this hasn't been mentioned yet. It's not a problem in the campaign, but how will the banner and logo system fit with the necrons? Paint on them alone would look a bit.. tacky (imagine pink necrons charging into battle), and do they even use banners? From the trailer we could see that their listening posts don't have banners. How will this work?

Well, right now, no one really knows. I highly doubt Necrons will always be grey. Some people have mentioned that the banner will be the holographic thing on strat points and I would think could be customiseable. But, they are simply hypothesising, we might not truly know until the game comes out.

As far as the teamcoloring, it's been mentioned. But as for the banners on strategic points and such, it's not known yet.

one of the necron mods have the badge on their shoulder but i dont know whats up with banners

Since in TT players have been able to paint Necrons in all kinds of colors, including pink, I don't see why in DOW they cannot do the same. I will definitely make pink Necrons to take over the galaxy.

Well necrons don't have interdependent collonies, though I would think theyw ould (C'tan fighting another C'tan for dominance) So thats the banner thing, but badges I dunno.

Pink necrons isn't any worse than pink space marines/Chaos/etc. The codex for necrons features them in many varying colours though, so logic and common sense aside, there's a tabletop basis for them to be coloured differently anyway.

necrons, i think, will have fading colors like grey-blue or grey-red, and their ponts flags, or "banners" will likely be similar to the necron wraith video where the tomb scarab is taking the point, u see a necron green energy symbol on top of the computer spire and the necron pillars surround it. i think it is building and taking the point at the same time; very interesting i say.

How do you know it's not a Necron "flag"? It would be quite silly if the Necrons placed a flag on points.
