    I'm not part of this mod...

    I downloaded it a few months ago when that link was still good. Someone wanted a copy of it, so I uploaded it onto rapidshare for them, that's all.

    The installation instructions are a couple of pages back.

    I believe xangle13 is saying that the people who are working on this mod are focusing on the FXmod for now. As of now, no one is working on the seed mod.

    Next edition seedmod can issue after 08 year Olympic Games .
    This edition Can the race which issued 1.0 carry on makes up .
    Because lacks the manpower for a long time therefore always does nothave the big progress, please wait patiently. If after the FX1.8issue, please first plays. Especially must propose the duty which ismiddle the 9cnn group's institute alone manufactures.
    Believed can compare favorably with with the first edition duty, afterwhen the manpower sets aside can invest immediately into seedmod in,please wait patiently.

    So, the next version is coming out AFTER the 2008 Olympics, so that means mid-summer..

    But this mod will still be released after the FXMOD.

    The reason is because of a lack of people working on it.

    im pretty sure the main program used in ALL homeworld 2 mods is probably Maya 8 or 3ds max 8, im assuming. or at least thats what ive seen around the HW2 mod forums most often.

    I don't think there are any plugins for Maya 8. I use Maya 5 for model rigging. He's asking about making an intro (cinematic) though, so if you want to do it in the style of the original HW2 cinematics...probably Photoshop and Vegas or another video compiling program.

    Beautiful Minerva, however, the nose seems a little more rounded and the tennhauser a bit smaller then I remember. Perhaps the anime's tendancy to zoom in on large weapons is distorting my memory. Also, generally stark lighting of the nose in the anime could explain it looking sharper.

    There was a version released around page 27. They are busy with the FX mod but when they finish with that they will focus on this one... as has been said multiple times the last page or so.

    mmmm... isnt that a "white Ginn"? Maybe they added my beloved CGUE?

    Truth! its an awesome Minerva Model, and with Archangel can make a great dueling couple but... I want to see the real stars of the show, Daggers, CGUEs, GUAIZs... and of course, Gundams Well, Earts battleships would be great too, but those cheap trashcans cant stand a chance...

    For some reason every time i go to lanch a map/game in the mod it crashes well loading the game. I have looked throught the forum but nothing said before seems to help

    try reinstalling and installing the latest hw2 patch then install the mod... works perfectly fine for me.
