Badge/Banner Request thread?

I'm not an owner of PS/PSP or anything artistic. I was wondering if there is a thread to request a badge and banner set??

As already pointed out, Warbrother has his new thread. Also, Hangar-8 has his thread on here, plus his website. Whether or not they'll do requests, I don't know. Best bet is to just ask. Lastly, you can check the B&B sets on DoWFiles (Link 1 and Link 2).
