I'm new to DC and just played against Eldar. They put up cloaked turrets and then attacked me with cloaked enemies. None of my units could attack anything cloaked and I couldn't figure out how to detect them. I ended up quitting. What should I have done or used?
Pathfinders work nice if you manage to get them before the Eldar get cloaked Rangers. It's tier 2 though so you'll have to wait a bit if you're not too good with managing Tau tech.
Failing that, Vespids work. But they're really expensive....

Can't remember all of em. Give and take entries, I guess.
Space Marines : Scouts
Chaos : Cultists, Chaos Space Marines
Eldar : Rangers
Orks : Gretchin Squad, Tankbustas*
Tau : Stealth Suit*, Devilfish Transport*
Necrons : All**

Necrons do not have "cloaked units." Though the wraiths should be able to.
Oh wait. the Necron Loard can take equipment that lets him cloak himself, & any unit near him.
Wraiths don't cloak - their special ability is temporary invulnerability.
If you know your going to fight Eldar tec to Pathfinder fast as hell other wise you got to all most cripple your econ to get Vespid.
Another option also is since a webway portal is what is cloaking the turrets, you can use the Missle barrage power from teh skyrays to engulf the area you suspect it to be at. Then again you would have pathfinders by then. Just throwing out a theorycraft option really. =)
Erm dont the only things eldar have that can cloak are rangers(anti-morale) and turrets?
Upgraded Webways can cloak all eldar buildings including lp1 and lp2's.Originally Posted by Question
