I started playing Necrons only two months ago,it sometime bothers me when a see peo ple keep painting their Necrons boltgun and silver.Here is a simple guide to how to paint a unique Necron in a easy way.
Procudures:
step 1.
Spray the model with chaos black primer.Touch up the areas that the spray did not catch with cahos black.You should have a fully dark model by now.
step 2.
Make a 50%/50% mix of blood red and water and apply the "ink like structure" to the whole model.
step 3.
Wait until the model is dryed, paint the details such as the guass weaponry air holes,cables and the eyes.
step 4.
Add the green rod if needed to.And if you like to,a little chaos drybrush would be fine.
