These are some features I'd like to see in a future patch. Mainly I'd like to see these in lan and skirmish games, so non-ranked games.
Option toggles when hosting a new game:
-Multiplier for population cap. 50%,75%,100%,125%,150%,200%,300% and 500% would be nice options.
This should affect the pop limit gained from both HQ and captured points.
These mainly affect performance on weak systems and can be tweaked to some effect using "nopop" mods or similar.
So this should be a pretty easy feature to implement.
-Resources multiplier, similar to the above.
This can be used to favor very tactical games by getting very little resources. This makes it important to take good care of your troops. Or with a resource boost you can favor really intense fights.
-Tanks or no Tanks (makes it possible to do infantery-only battles)
-Zoomout limiter.
If enabled, then only default zoom our levels allowed.
If disabled, then the user should be allowed to zoom out further than the default.
I know I'd like to get a better overview of the battlefield.
-Commander tree toggle.
Disabled then you cannot choose any commander points.
Enabled (default, standard).
Double speed(well, double the exp for each kill. Better for speedgames).
Full (No exp needed, just choose a tree and it'll be fully enabled from the very start).
-AI command tree selection box
Make it possible to choose what kind of commander tree the AI players will be.
Ex: Auto/Infantery/Airborne/Tank for Allied side.
-Gamespeed selection box.
This can already be changed using the console, but a lot of users cant do that. I think the current speed is ok, but others might want to change it a notch or two.


The income and popcap things sound fun too, although 500% is pretty crazy. 500% popcap + 5x resource multiplyer... lol
