You're right. My computer at home doesn't have this problem. I've been told for a long time I need a new monitor at work, but it's such a pain requisitioning one. Looks like I'm going to have to.

If the monitor happens to have an unfortunate "accident", it should be a lot easier to get a new one.
Make sure you're far away when said accident happens, tho.
