I was having trouble starting games last night, and then from about 10pm onwards I couldn't log on. It's the same with HW too. Maybe we've played our last ever games?

www.kali.net will get you started.

Half-Lifes auth servers are hosted by valve now. Sierra/won dont have a thing to do with them.no it's not, counterstrike still works.
So yes, it does seem that won is competely dead, which is good because it means hw's mp support hasnt been dropped

yes...we definetly must do something. I say we boicot hw2 and any games from sierra until they come to their sences and put the servers back up and running.
Needless to say that this will have no effect unless everyone does this. And even if everyone does boicot sierra it still doesnt guarrantee anything, but its something atleast. If someone has a better idea please post it.
i like the way they went out of their way to make sure we found out what is happening with these servers, and why they are down. they must really care so much about their gaming community.....
