QFT...Having the text of what will be changed would be really nice. I mean the patch is done and nothing will be changed so they will not get hit with a bat...just a little spoiler and it will create even more excitement for the release.

Anyway there will be always people whining so it will not be better or worse if they whine today or in a week. But if we have the spoiler today that would be great though..speculating and rethinking our strategy maybe!.... Always fun to have spoilers

No, last time they released it beforehand it led to ALOT of whining, and whining is only justified when people actually had a chance to play the new version so they can tell from experience wether or not certain chances were positive.

Speculative whining is on a whole different level from conventional plain vanilla whining. At least with the latter, people are actually complaining about what is. With the former, people are complaining about what they imagine to be the case - and that is just plain awful. Much better for people to bitch at relic once they know what they're actually bitching about.

it's been a long time since i've been like this about a game. maybe since bf:v or starcraft. kudos relic for crafting a damn fine game.

i think they should release the changelog. people will whine about it regardless, even if the patch is released. but i'm sure relic employees are mature enough to pay no mind to those types of posts anyhow. if they do start to get bothered by immature punks going "OMGWFT Y U NERF _____", they can turn around and look at all their game of the year awards, or read the majority of the posts on here that are supportive and complimentary.

I don't want to read the changelog so I can sit down with my sliderule and start adjusting strategies and all that ("Hmmm, they nerfed the reload on the Croc by X percent, so that means that I should do Y"). I'm just curious what they changed, so are others. Simple as that. In that regard, a changelog would be useful, because it'd be a tiny appetizer in anticipation of the main course.

Any whiny backlash will happen whether they release the changelog a week in advance or not at all. That's part of the excitement of a highly anticipated patch, and one of the signs of a great game.

IS this release, the 1.5 patch, going to be released with and coincide with a new version of nvdia graphics drivers? I feel maybe it has taken so long to release this patch as they are waiting on nvidia and jointly waiting on getting it right between this new patch and the new drivers. i feel that if you use the current nvidia drivers with this new patch "when it comes out", then you will see problems - they must go together? Buggo, does this sound true. Also is this release 1.5 patch, and new nvidia drivers goingt o be full Windows Vista compatible - also hows the performance with Vista in general with the 1.5 patch. Or is it only for XP ?

For all of you hoping it is going to happen in a day or two are probaly going to be dissapointed. (Just my opinion)

I think its probaly going to be released anywhere between thursay night- friday, just in time for the weekend rush. Theres no reason why it would come out mid-week.
