Map/Scenario Editor?

I'm sorry if this has been asked to death, but I couldn't find any topics about it on search. Is there some sort of map or scenario editor I can download for DC? All I really want is a sandbox type thing where I can put limited amounts of troops for me and my enemy, and experimenting with sync kills. Thanks.

I am pretty sure there is something like this.

A while back there was a sync kills lab thread, I think the players organized online battles, but I am not sure.

If you go into the Dawn of War modding section (a.k.a. Adeptus Modificatus), you'll see the thread labeled DC Mod Tools, DC .luas, and documentation! Updated Dec 11th 2006. The very first post has the links to the mod tools, which has the mission (map) editor in it.
