It's true,unfortunately.I personally think FOK puts Dow 2 to shame, I applaud you guys, FOk is truely a masterpiece. They really should have named DOW 2 something else because it doesn't resemble the first dow at all.
is it me or is the necron infantry running as fast as the infantry of other races ?
it also appears to me that the ai amasses green energy although necrons need more requisition points now..
necron units walk as fast as other races' units. it's codexy...
however, they appear to walk faster as their animations are designed for vanilla speed. it's all an illusion....
easily fixed though. just change the ref value of the movement modifier in OE

i have a few tooltip bugs mostly for chaos if not all but have no idea where to post them.... so:
-on the barracks ifor the daemonkin upgrade (dont know exactly which) its spell incorrectly, like deamonkin instead of daemonkin (sorry if i sound like a duesh but im just trying to help :/)
-for the meltabomb upgrade it says that it upgrade assault marines, and chaos have raptors.
-there was a huge glitch for the warboss, i was playing on a map i made, and everytime the warboss left into the FOW, he gained about 20000 health. e.g. he would attack, reatreat out of sight with like 40000 health, then he would come back with around 60000. Also, even without the health problem, the warboss always seems to join a unit, try to assault, get a few yards away from the squad hes assaulting, and then leave the unit hes with, and run away. this runs in a huge circle for the entire time hes alive
Oh and also a few questions:
-how exactly do you get honur guard for SM?
-does campaign work properly and have the new special units and unit uniqueness? or is it going to be in 3.5?
-is there going to be a chaos dread?
- Oh and can you make it so that techmarines are elites and count as a builder? so that they could requisition buildings? cause only two builders are kinda low, but two really goood builders are fair.

you get honour guard from the chapter masters upgrade menu, but you have to be T3
Anyway, I'm definitely liking RC 1218, and I can't wait for the models from Shingouki's Craftworld Eldar Mod.
Is the team perhaps incorporating Shin's designs for his Eldar mod into FoK?

fluff wise Venerable Dreads are supposed to a lot older and more experienced than your average Dread.
and stats wise they are comparable to commanders in terms of marshal skill, so handy to have around

What is the difference between the standard tactical marine squads and the sternguard/vanguard squads gameplay wise?
sternguard are equipped with specialised boltguns designed to tackle a variety of foes, so get additional armour penetration against more or less every infantry type. additionally, they are not restricted by squad size for upgrades. vanguard are similar to assault marines (and come with and without jumpacks), except the entire squad can be upgraded with a variety of CC weapons
