does PM still work?

i didn't know where to post this, but i can't for love nor money get it to work. i am trying to respond to a couple of peoples Pms about modding and it just keep going to "this page cannot be displayed"

i have cleaned up my inbox/outbox and am using ie7

is it my pc or something everyone is experiencing?

Have you tried clearing your browser cache? When you get that message hit CTRL+F5 and that should refresh with a new cache. I would also try it in other browsers, and if possible on another PC, just to narrow the problem down.
