Mine would have to be "Orks... They are a Cancer, We are the cure" from the Farseer when she see the orks before any other Eldar units. It surprised me when I first heard it, and I've only heard it twice so far. It these little hidden things that make me keep playing this game
It also captures the feeling I have towards those green buggers so well.

Mine are "We need a new driver, this one's dead!" - Beserkers after leaving a Rhino. Totally cracked me up when I first heard it, which wasn't until playing the Dark Crusade campaign - that was the first time ever I'd even loaded 'em into a transport.
First heard only a few days ago, for the same reasons as above, "Well, that was unpleasant!" - Chaos Cultists, also after disembarking. The line itself isn't so funny, but they way they say it...
MANz say "Oi! Where's me army?" when they break, but they trail off at the end, so you don't quite catch the 'y' in 'army'. I think that's what you're referring to. Good quote.Oi, where´z mi arm go!?! - Nobz when they rally (I think)
Anyways, best is "WAAAAAGH!", naturally. Nothing beats that, although some of Gabriel Angelos' quotes are pretty damn cool.

Orks generally crack me up. The crude english accent only make them better

Yeah, they don't have any deeper meanings or an underlying joke or anything, I just think they sound really cool. They really bump up the feel of the match a bit whenever I hear them.
Tho one that did make me chuckle the first time I heard it;
"Erh.. Which buttun maeks this thing go fo'wud?"
"Cleanse, Purge, Kill!" Pretty much sums up the Space Marine attitude.

Dreadnought's got some really mean ones, namely:

But most of all I think is when the CSM get they're morale back and shout out: "REVENGE!"

There are two quotes that I love and they are:
"Walk softly, and carry a big gun." It has such a great message to it, and if you ever play S.T.A.L.K.E.R it is one of the smartest things you can do.
My second is actually the dialogue between O'Kais and Thule in North Vandea.
Shas'O Kais: Surrender, human. If not for you, then for the Greater Good.
Captain Thule: The Greater Good is coming to you from my bolter, alien!
Shas'O Kais: Do the deaths of your soldiers mean so little to you? Are you that mad?
Captain Thule: Do the deaths of yours mean so much to you, alien? Are you that weak?
It is, in my opinion, the best exchange of words in the Dark Crusade.

I like my favorite quote so much I put it in my sig
BB only says it very rarely, but it so vindicating to have a unit tell the enemy exactly what it's doing; tipping the scales.
Also, when Alexander responds to Gorgutz in Campaign:
"I have your death, Alien"
I think I just love the fact that humanity hates aliens SO much in 40k. He says the word "alien" with so much distaste, lol.
