Doctrine Special Feature Factors ?

I installed Corsix mod Studio and because i was interested in seeing facts for for example the fact that the allied handgranades are much stronger than those german firecrackers.
I found alls those basic values but i can´t find the factors from for example the ,,inspired assault" or how i find out what zeal does in hard values.

Attrib -> Abillities -> axis _for_the_fuher.rgd

and the other one:

Attrib -> Abillities -> stormtrooper_zeal.rgd

but my problem is that i got trouble in understanding this right, for example in the weapon attrib i find for panzerschreck max 8.5 sec reload and 7.5 reload.

but i don´t understand where exactly zeal or inspired assault got influence on this variable.
