    Death Gaurd Plague Marines

I'm just worring because I have yet to hear about them coming out with models, either using the old ones with new box or redisigning an already awesome model. My question being will they discontinue the models and force people to buy regulars? Or keep the good ol' boys? I realize no one truly knows, but any word would help me a lot seeing is I love Nurgle and want to start his army.

You can use all models from the past in the future, generally. Even second edition tyranid, the ugliest line ever. :P

I doubt they will discontinue them anytime soon, they are just plastic versions done in metal after they used greenstuff to nurgle them up marked and whatnot.

The only original parts on them is the AC power sword and the plasma gun I think, they are great looking models though and saves you the time of ( depending on skill ) doing a crap job on the plastic ones, they are not a whole lot more than a box of plastics, and we are not exactly getting heaps of extras on the new plastic sprues for basic CSM, think more of just a few extras on the sgt/command spure like the loyalists got.

They are still using the rather ancient zerker models in the new army box, chances are they will release a new tzeentch and EC sprue at some point to get rid of metal parts which come in them now, or they may just keep them, 6 sonic blasters on a sprue would be very nice though.

What would suck with a DG sprue is that they would really have to sculp complete marines because it would look a bit silly having a nice clean chaos leg on all your dg with only DG marked torso or arms, honestly just keep or buy some DG squads, they look the part and are cool.

Plauge Marines are a bit too hard to do in plastic. Unless they were single peice or completely mutated, they would look bad. The set right now actually is very good though, and I'd stick with buying that.

Look behind you... I'm not there
I really don't think the're going to make the plastic cult marines, because if they were, I'd probably would have seen something on warseer. but then again it could be a late release.
    This is Caketown!

If they seem to be converting a lot of things plastic they should go for it. I mean, it really does seem Khorne is getting alot of attention when every chaos I meet, doesn't like them. Blood is war, but Death is life...I say Plague Marines should get some plastics!

    In a padded cell....
the current models are perfectly fine and hardly much more expensive.. when you factor in points costs per box i think the plague marines win anyway :P

eh...7 marines in a squad is basic...So just for starting out purposes should I get 2 squads and use Typhus as a lord? just for lord purposes of course. and a manreaping psycho plague is pretty cool
