When I tried to rotate the camera, so I am face to face with the soldiers, it wont let me! I can not move the camera below where it starts out. I can have it go straight up and down, but not horozontally. Why?????

Is 3D Camera turned on?
Are you using the Middle Mouse Scroll Wheel to zoom in and out?
I have no problem with the mouse wheel. It is phisically turing the camera left, right, up and down, to get a better view of the action. I plan to make a DOW music video, but it wont let me move the camera with Alt below what it starts out as.
Some camera tips then...
3D Mode must be on.
Middle mouse scroll lets you zoom in/out.
Alt lets you adjust the pitch.
Arrow Keys let you move around, as if in First Person Mode.
Middle mouse press lets you move around the map quickly, in a fixed position.
