    That one little hut right in the middile of Rails and Metal- by that fuel point, which used to be high, but is now low.

    Not the tiny little square brick building, but the small wooden shed thing right there next to the fuel point. I'll take a screenshot if you need it.

    Anyway, when I tried to summon Falls out of it (it was in my LOS, and unoccupied) the building blinked when I clicked on it (The way anything else would blink if you order an ability cast on it) but the Falls walked in form off-map anyway.

    This was only one try, maybe I did it wrong... I'll try again a few more times.

    I believe you can only call the falls out of structures that have enough slots in the building for all of them. When they come out it is like they are ungarrisoning the structure, the ability just spawns them in the structure then hits unload. So it probably would not work on a 3 slot shed anyways.
    All sides are only as Overpowered as you let them.

    Some more good changes in v1.69. It's nice to see the fixes to the damage tables for certain weapons...

    If they didn't screw it up, then

    - Pioneer veterancy moved to support veteran choice.
    and

    - Pioneers have a received damage modifier when massed.
    will pretty much mean the end of pioneer spam.

    Lol, that pio nerf is hilarious. Makes sense though because if there just a big ball of guys runnin at you like that your bound to hit one with every shot.

    I'm almost certain that it is. I mean, it was done to avoid pio spam afterall.

    I don't get Pioneer spam... they're so expensive! 120 manpower for a 2 man squad? You're bound to lose some of them, and pretty soon you start losing 60manpower each. Why not go with something like volks squads? They're cheaper at 56 manpower per squad member, and the squad lasts longer. Was it for the flamers that people would do piospam? Saving on purchasing anything higher up the tech tree?

    I have seen a pio squad with a bike kill 2 tommies in a squad before. It was rather funny. Bike could not hurt the tommies in cover but the Pios could since they were in close range.

    Pioneers have like zero upkeep, get flamethrowers, massive capping power when moving all over the map, and were upgraded by inf vet that could also apply to stormtroopers, making em easy to mass, cost efficient for capping power, and helping your stormtroopers later.

    And with the recent nerfs levied against them we now have
    -Not upgraded by Infantry Vet
    -Cost double upkeep (6)
    -Receive more damage when used en masse

    IE. Pio Spam has been kicked in the groin and is hopefully down for the count.

    I believe Pio spam may still work, just not in the traditional sense. Will try out the strategy I'm thinking of later.

    IE not using veterancy, and going T3 Spam, using pioneers for early map control and later tank support.

    go to file planet. Yah this patch is about 3.5 MB so its no sweat maybe about 20 seconds of downloading on broadband.

    My buddy says that this error comes out when he's downloading "The Patch Failed to Download. Returning to Main Menu" Then in the main menu it says "A patch is required to play". Can a MOD post a link to the stand alone patch? File Planet is late and doesn't have it yet.

    From gameplay experience I think I can give an affirmative to the AT 'nade change. I had a Tommie squad take two in open cover and not lose a single man.

    I'm not entirely certain what the modifiers looked like prior to this patch, but it appears that butterfly mines do indeed now do the same amount of damage to all infantry types.

    Pios still get their vet with the infantry veterancy research. Haven't seen any of the other "changes" in action yet.

    - Removed incorrect squad AI plan from several tank squads.
    What does this mean exactly? Churchills still back up to maximum range when they are firing on a target, sometimes spinning in place and exposing their rear. Haven't checked any others yet...

    [EDIT] Nevermind. I just saw the thread about the patch not updating properly.

    Yep, and Brit emplacements are a little less OP. Also, new medkits, and hopefully lobby and broadcasting fixes!

    - Added more logging.
    - Fixed broadcasting.
    - Fixed several crashes.
    - Users should rejoin the last channel they successfully joined.

    Gameplay
    - Panzer Grenadier AT grenades set to do the same damage vs British Infantry as regular infantry.
    - Wehrmacht forces receive a new medkit.
    - The basic medkit is available at tier 2 (after researching Escalate to Skirmish) but only functions in friendly territory.
    - At tier 4 (Escalate to Battle Phase) they receive a new medkit that can be used anywhere.
    - Stukas, V1s, and Nebelwerfers all have improved damage vs British emplacements.
    - Nebelwerfers and Stukas set to 1.0 damage vs tp_infantry_soldier.
    - Pak 38s and Flak 88s have been moved into the Vehicle Veterancy research at the KampfKraft Center.
    - Mortars set to do 1.0 damage vs tp_infantry_soldier target types (Panzer Grenadiers and British Infantry).
    - Building critical tuning.
    - V1 FOW scatter modifiers reduced.

    I absolutely love the medkit change. Like I said in another thread a few days ago, it required quite a LOT fuel to even get them.

    Basically AT grenades did more or less damage to brit infantry when compared to american infantry. So they changed it that now they deal as much damage to american troops as they do to brits.

    They still need to fix the J.Panther and the KT. The Free KT is annying in two ways, it's free and it never comes back, if they keep the never return bullcrap mechanic it shoulbe be applied to the Pershing, and Calliope. Or at least the Calliope.

    The King Tiger was a Tank in few numbers, remember this is before the Battle of the Bulge where the Germans spent a lot of time building the King Tiger force needed for its delayment plan. The Jagdpanther was also experimental at that time, which is why you only get 1 per game. They have that few. The Pershing on the other hand did have some good numbers and was easily replaced by the Americans due to their Industrial power.

    The Pershing got the nerf it needed, you can have only 1 out at a time. It still costs resources to get and is possible to replace. Since the allies can replace it like whermacht can replace their tigers since they have those in numbers.

    Only 2 (TWOOOOOOO) pershings saw action in the european theater...

    Historically yes only 2 saw actual combat vs a King Tiger which they killed when one of them shot through the thin bottom armor of the King Tiger, but over 20 Pershings saw action after deployment. The Super Pershing was a new more powerful design.

    Yep. It's not only complete bullshit to give arguments like "The King Tiger was so rare on the battlefield." Especially if the Pershing, which you are comparing it to, saw MUCH less action in the european campaign than the KT. I could as well ask you why the V1 is in the game at all, if it was infact never used as a real military weapon?
