I'm a little ignorant as to how the British veterency work? Is it there for all units or only a select few? How can you earn it - is it through fighting?

Only 3 units can earn vet, the captain, LT, and Cromwell command tank. They have an aura in which any kills made by a unit within that aura, goes to the officer unit. The resulting vet makes the officer and his surrounding infantry better.

Ahhh, that's interesting. Any idea how much better they get, how many levels of veterency there might be?
