Fix: Stuttering sound with creative soundcard and creative alchemy under Vista

Problem: users running windows Vista with a creative soundcard using the "Creative Alchemy" software experience stuttering sound in Dawn of War.

Solution: With thanks to user Merrick Tolkien who figured this out:

it was alchemy

Alchemy creats a file called dsound.ini and this works with dsound.dll to sort the use of direct3dsound/music on vista

in this ini file are various setting, one for the buffer (default 4) and one for the duration (default 25)

i drop the default for duration to 15 and the sound is now working fine

I use this link on the alchemy website to get to the route of the problem
