Alert Initial Account problems or Forgotten/Lost CDKEY?

FOR THOSE WHO HAVE LOST THEIR CDKEY

If you have lost or forgotten your CDKey, with neither game being in your Registry from a previous installation, then THQ might be able to retrieve it for you ONLY if you have created a Relic Online Account previously*

THQ have informed me directly that...
If a Relic online account was not created, CD-Key retrieval will not be possible; THQ Customer Support will recommend proceeding with the product replacement fee policy noted within the game’s Warranty. In either instance, please contact THQ directly for assistance.
    contact THQ here

*With that lost CDKey used on the account.

    INITIAL ACCOUNT PROBLEMS/DIFFICULTY LOGGING IN?
    Provided by ÜberJumper

    1. You had CoH original, and had created a Relic Online account linked to the CoH Key.

    2. You have CoH Original AND/OR CoH Opposing Fronts and have never EVER created a Relic Online account with either key.

    3. You purchased OF, and created an online account linked to the OF key.

If you are situation 1 do the following:

With CoH installed, run the Opposing Fronts installer. This will remove CoH, install CoH (newer version) and install OF.

With the game(s) installed, after you run it you will be prompted to log into Relic Online (there's a cd verification step in here). Log into Relic Online using your CoH created account.

When logged in, you have access to the CoH original armies, and the CoH original campaign from within the game. To get access to the OF product, you will have the option to "Add Product" from the menu. At this point add the CoH: OF product key to your account (another verify media step in there) and you will then have access to both games (and all armies).

(there will be patches needing downloading as you sign into Relic Online, do that first)

If you are situation 2 do the following:

With CoH installed, run the Opposing Fronts installer. This will remove CoH, install CoH (newer version) and install OF.

With the game(s) installed, after you run it you will be prompted to log into Relic Online (there's a cd verification step in here). At this point, you can create an account using either the CoH Key, OR the OF Key.

When logged in, you have access to the armies and campaign from whatever key you used to create your account. To get access to the other product, you will have the option to "Add Product" from the menu. At this point (if you have another key) add the other product key to your account (another verify media step in there) and you will then have access to both games (and all armies).

(there will be patches needing downloading as you sign into Relic Online, do that first)

If you are situation 3 do the following:

If you are situation 3, you already have the game installed, and have created a Relic Online account. Simply add the CoH product key to the login created using the OF key and you're good to go with both products.
