how do u get your company of heros valid key,and get a nice account.
except got it from retail shop,anyone has got a valid key online? i mean buy keys.i have find one link:<snip> only sell the game keys usd 34.90.
but in my place ,the retail box is nearly 60 usd.
how about the site? any one buy something there?
is it fraud or not?

If I understand you correctly you only want to buy a CD key and not the game itself? I'm not sure that this is available for CoH.
CoH is available on STEAM though, and should cost less than 60 dollars.
You can buy Company of Heroes at Direct2Drive for $29.95 US. Opposing Fronts is $39.95 US, and you can get the bundle for $69.95. That'll give you valid CD keys and download links.

Several things.
1. That site looks shonky. I quote:

yeah i agree with fneep, they look dodgy, and their grammar is terrible.
They do accept credit card payments. Wouldn't that warrant them to be legit since they have to secure permits and stuff in doing so?

in some cases if you CALL THQ support and explain to them your situation, sometimes they will work something out with you to where you pay a lesser amount since you lost your key.

Not to mention the many spelling mistakes on the website. Any serious website does not have that many errors.

he is from china,and he said his keys all from retail box.because of the area differece,and currency ratio ,maybe they can sell it with such low price.as for paypal problem,i think paypal is safe enough,if he do not give me the item or one illegal item i will Complain to paypal,and i can ask my money back.

Umm, if hes getting them from boxes in china, the keys are probably invalid for online use. Everything, I mean EVERYTHING in china is pirated. They do not have copyright laws like in the US.

Seriously, don't do it. You'll get ripped off. That site just screams illegal.
[Hypothesis] As I think about it, maybe relic should sell CD keys to boost sales. Since the game probably had an ISO available to pirates from the first week since it was released, why not capitalize on it. The only difference with legit copies and pirated one is the CD key after all. Maybe those who already have pirated games will finally see the light and go for the legit key.
It will also cut down on production cost since they don't have to re-manufacture the CDs and the packaging. Hmmm....
