Can anyone tell me the shortcut keys that a player can use during the game and what each shortcut key does exactly??

i think F1 is build HQ
F2 build barracks...

Uh, if you look at ANY of the units abilities, the cursor tooltip will tell you what the shortcut for that specific action is. As for building shortcuts, right above the unit action part of the UI (on the right side) are these smaller boxes. Put your cursor on that and it will show you what the shortcut for that particular building is.
