Relic Online account problem

I bought CoH through steam and installed the game, and made a relic account. I haven't played in a while because I have a crap computer. And I had to reformat my comp, which erased everything. Including my online account info. So I go to reset password in the login screen of CoH but, I forgot the answer to my secret question, thus preventing from play singleplayer/multiplayer...So, am I screwed? Or can someone help me with this?

Or, you could create a new account on your CoH-key, this will ban your old one. This time write the infos down, because you can only create 3 times a new account to one key!
