By the way, who in this thread can claim to have eaten brain before? I mean real brain, not cookies shaped like it or something. And no, i dont mean human brains either. In my case it was of wild boar. If you have eaten real brain before, wave your hand!

I shall now test this theory by rubbing a balloon across my hard drive's disk until it creates Dawn of War 2.

    This spam thread is boring.

All the accumulated spam on the forum gets spent too early with these low spam quality threads.

Just look at the DURKADURKADURKA subforum. That was spam at it's finest.

Just curious exactly what we're zapping brains with, and if this will be the result:

Happiness is a sure sign of immaturity.

I remember the days when this thread was a vibrant array of brain-zapping-related posts.. Now its become a brutal brain-soup spamfest.

get an extention cord, one with a really, REALLY tiny end. Plug in the other end in your socket (which is also conveniently a type of fish). Put the tiny end in your ear.

    No, really.

I'm blown away that nobody's mentioned Carl Jung and the collective unconscious concept. It's the first thing that came to mind when I read Asmaedus' original post.

You know, for a thread about brains, why do I feel like my brains actually suffered ever so slight atrophy just from lurking it?. :/

Good old electrical stimilation. Note this was already through of and was tested wrong by doctors a long time ago. Heck if this was true, all those sent to the electrical chair might be the smartest dead people around? There is enough juice sent there to make a super brain, of course the burn smell is just an after effect...

As was found out using the electroconvulsive therapy, electro shocks rather lead to memory loss, but can semingly cure some mental disorders.

Getting serious for a moment, yes I know, that's no longer the mission statement.

Although it's rather anthrocentric, the brain can store any single piece of information given the proper arrangement of neurons and tuning of synapses. However, this doesn't mean that the brain is capable of holding all the information in the universe. Let's try something really hard. I mean really wild. Imagine that you're given the task of memorizing the position of every atom in a single neuron. That's a ridiculous fuckton of information. Okay, now how many neurons are in your brain? Okay, now how much of the universe is outside of your skull? See where I'm going?

This whole concept is like saying that a blank sheet of paper contains all the novels in the world just because you can write on it. This thread has gone this long without refutation because the people who would refute it are now surprised it was necessary to do so.
