How can i cancel trenchs once built.

Ive been watching a few replays in which british have built a trench in areas for short periods of time and then deleted them.

If you click on a empty trench to remove it there are no options?

Ive tried shortcut keys which is esc for the cancel option. I still see people doing this also.

    How????

Select the trench in question, then hit the Delete key twice.

Use caution though, as this works with almost all builings.

Select the trench and double tap the 'delete' key, at about the same time as exiting your troops...

you need troops in the trench unless you are still building it.
if you have any of these you hit the delete key 2 times, your troops will exit the trench if they are in it and the trench gets blown up.

No you dont, you can just hit delete twice. No need to make them exit.
Grant me a skin for dancing in.

    That really should be patched.

The british should not be able to delete a hole in the ground while running for their lives.

Let them delete it but give it a cost or a set time so that if you get in it in time the trench wont be deleted. there are times you build a trench and dont need it anymore or you need the space for a other emplacement.

But lets not turn this into a trench balance topic.
