You're good with going after the map and capping.
The biggest thing I saw was a weak harass with your vespids going at it alone. If you had sent those FW sqauds, which could have stayed a nice distance back, you could have caused some damage and slowed the nec allowing you to get ahead in research/army building.
Spoiler
...and you should add .REC to your saved games, "tau vs. NEc.rec" otherwise it won't be recognized as a saved game!

Ok i will do next time...so the only one thing to do is a more violent harrass with bugs and FW...i fear the Necron Lord, who will easly tear apart my FW or force me to go round round with 'em. Is the BO correct? should i use something else, maybe something faster like EC SS SS Bugs Kroot kroot?
I think the fire warriors are good, because you don't want to be getting close. Once the lord and flay pop, kroot are gonna have trouble. Although, if you have a couple FW, capping SS, Commander and Vespids, Kroot can tie up warriors...except those undead robots(!) are pretty decent in Hand to hand.
The Lord is a worry, but dancing(while building/capping) is a must if you want to compete. Better to have 3 or 4 smaller squads, rather than 2 reinforced ones. I really like using the commander to lay down traps under my FW. I think it's liberal use of them that let me attack an early game cron.
If you kill the lord away from home/scarabs, drop a trap on him!
Lay down as much hurt as quickly as you can in the cron base, moving the vespids or TC in first( to be backed up by FW) just so you can bust and turret attempts. I'd kill workers before gens.
But what's the necron gonna do? I've seen alot of replays where the cron is making max builders before starting and soldiers, making them easier to assault. As for me, I pop one builder, than warriorx2+lord, couple more scarabs than emergency flay. Race towards tier 2. The point is, you should assume that the cron starts the game with a death march and move fast so that you can damage his base before he gets rolling. I think once you are into tier 2 and able to grab a Skyray barrage you have less to fear...except immortals.....
Can u suggest a good BO against this tipe of match?
managed it with this BO on blood river
EC SS SS
barrack
Vespid and jump jets research
kroot kroot
harrass with pids and kroots, wile capping and LP1
micro in his base getting out the builders avoiding the lord
asap got fire warrior x2 continuing the push
silly lost the pids...while managing to kill everything moving i just reached T2 with Skyrays...and it was done^^
do u think it could be done the same in a larger 1v1 map?
thanks

On meeting of the minds(isn't it larger than Bloodriver?) I went with SSx2, builder, TC, Vespids, FWx2 as soon as I could, teched to tier 2 and brought the SkyRay(w/MB), Pathfinders and a broadside with Devilfish for fast movement.
To kill the lord I was just outside their base(did he lure me or did I flee?) where I could more easily put snares to use(w/o pesky scarab detect). One thing that helped was using the TCs flamer, even though it meant standing n the midst of gauss fire. Breaking the warriors morale helps the FW melt them faster.
I think your build would work here. I figure that vs. Necrons,(more than vs. other races early game due to deepstrike flay spamwhiches) you need to take the battle to them quickly. Kroot are fast so I think they're fine, I just prefer going FW because 2 of the crons biggest threats, the flay and wraiths are gonna hurt you in hand to hand!
Of course, the Cron could sneak some scarabs into your base for a flayed deepstrike, but if you've hit his base hard enough(gens, decapped, killed initial warriors) than you should be able to brush those oily pink zombies aside.
HI. You lost because you didn't use those fw at the begining and you didn't cap the map.
I reject your reality and substitute my own :D
